    Thanks for the new challenge! I tried some of the variations today. It’s gonna take me a little time to synchronize the leg movements with the hand ones, but I will get there. Love these navy seal burpees!

    Out of these variations which one works your body the most from most to least, I have seen so many variations but I would like to do the ones that give me the best results. Also this was a great video.

    I started the combination with the easiest to the hardest. The last three variations are the hardest, which are the clappers the bounce backs, and the spider seals.

    Thank you for these variations. Question, if im starting out how many sets, reps should i be doing? Or "max out/whatever you can do" as long as i maintain form?

    I suggest no less than 10 sets. If you need to break down the set into reps, you can just take a knee but finish the wrap before standing back up. Yes, always maintain good form. Remember, this is general not specific so find out what your body responds to you got this bro. Thanks for the support
