This routine is the definition of progressive. It deviates from the standard Burpee in every way imaginable. What you see in this video is the epitome of Skill training. The Burpee requires emphasis on form, transition, progressive changes, endurance and high level of will-power to maintain consistency. Injury is part of every exercise.
