    M.G. do you have any insights on how you have charted progress overtime? Do you keep a journal? How do you plan your goals?

    Absolutely bro. I keep track of the routines, meals and all the extras I should or shouldn’t be doing, look it over at the end of the week and take notes of what needs to change. I keep it simple. Less can be more sometimes.

    @@MANDATORY.G Thanks for the input M.G. You know its the simplicity of your presentation and how you do your videos that I love most about your Channel, so that philosophy comes thru. What you said about the shoulds and shouldn'ts made me think about how difficult that can be sometimes , ya know like too much of a good thing can be detrimental. I used to have a book which was a compilation of Bruce Lee's training journals called the The Art of Expressing the Human Body. I think reading your journals would be interesting as well.
