Just wondering why the stomach strike, toe touch and rocking chair in between. Isnt that kind of a stall tactic? Wouldnt it be better just to breeath and go straight down when you are ready to go down?

I've been practicing this video every morning. Do you have one that explains how you graduate to a burpee that "pops" up? I noticed that in your videos you seem to somehow "float" up as you complete the burpee. How is that achieved???

How’s it going bro. Thank you for watching my videos. When it comes to the transition from the floor to the standing position I focus on the timing of the push. Meaning I try to keep my chest core and legs in a fluid movement within explosive an explosive push-up. Most of that is core strength. Abs and lower back strength
