    I did in 60 mins approx. 18 rounds of 10 jumping jacks, navy seal+22count+7 push ups, 5 side lunges for each leg it was a great training, thanks

    Alright Sir ! Well I gotta say that I used to hate Navy Seals, then as I progressed with your workouts I learned to like them. But those kickouts man, I don't know if I'll ever get to like them, I feel clunky when I do them, but then again as David Goggins says sometimes you gotta do what you hate, I'll give them a try and see where that leads me !     looking for something like this. I bring my knee up to opposite side of body though as far up and across as possible. Rips through the sides and abs. I like the jumping jacks, would be nice to find another addition. Definitely ready to get back into it soon. Thank you for video.

    Burpees are the king of conditioning exercises, I always go to the burpees to rip the fat off, never fails.

    This gave me the idea: navy seal - 22 count - 10 count marine corps body builder. That way you get all three major burpee variations in one burpee

    Wolf that movement you do with your calves before you jump back up how do I trigger that I find myself fully jumping back up exhausting myself early, are you bending you knees slightly or dropping your hips as a spring ?

    Sir , i did 30 minutes run next 100 pull up 200 push up 300 squats in the morning , in the evening i did 720 push UPS and 720 squats in 60 minutes .

    I notice that you have good leg development despite from what I’ve seen only doing body weight squats. Would you say that super high rep bodyweight squats are better than pistol squats? Have you ever done pistol squats?
