  Too many people in the country. Since covid working, reduced doctors workload, they dont want to go back to it, but create bottlenecks that give them the time to go golfing 2 or 3 days a week... Well my doctors must be doing something, cos they certainly aint seeing patients. getting an appointment is like winning the fooking lottery... only less frequent!
