  Amrabat don't do it for me in midfield I still think man utd should go for João neves and try to lure De Jong again to man utd , we need midfield who can progress the ball 50 yards up the field and not just play negative procession

  Exactly how Brighton played under De Zerbi and when it worked it was great , but Premiership clubs will either out play you ie Man City or sit deep and counter Ie West Ham. Every team you line up against will has nearly every position filled by an international player who will be faster and better marking and pressing.

  i wanna see bruno as a false nine, hojlund on the right wing and rashford/garnacho on the left wing. amrabat, mainoo, and mount as a 3 midfield.

  I reallllllly don’t like this midfield, there is nobody who controls the game or playmakes from deep. Mainoo is currently more of a ball carrier than a controller and this midfield is asking too much of him too early

  Amadou Onana (€60m) & Wesley Fofana (€30-35m) would be perfect as both players are technically and tactically good. Casemiro, Eriksen to leave. Mainoo, Mount etc will thrive with playing along such quality midfields who are capable of playing in a possession as well as out of possession.

  Havent watched much of amadou onana at everton but he looked good playing as the 6 for Belgium against england. He has good mobility and strength what is needed for our midfield

  What if ETH shift Hojlund to the right wing a little while still using bruno as a false 9 , the team has issues on the right wing already, so put Garnacho on the left (I'm sick of complimenting Rashford in such poor form) and Bruno in the middle to attract defenders, leaving Hojlund in situations behind defenders with his steong foot to the goal to finish the way he's good at. Same goes for the other flank.

  This current squad can't switch the play yet alone switch to a back 3. If ETH tries to switch formation without successfully switching personnel in the summer, it will be like switching off the life support machine on his career. He'd be better off switching his focus to identifying the training issues that are switching off the squad before he's switched out for the up an coming Ipswich manager 😜

  Onana is a must for me, if we don't go for Branthwaite. Quality player. Can't see us getting 2 from Everton though. Todibo would be my nailed on first choice at CB as well, with Tosin as a backup. Unfortunatly, I can't see Zirkzee coming and playing 2nd fiddle to Højlund. He left Bayern for game time, so it wouldn't make sense for him to be a backup striker at a club in a worse state. I like your picks overall though, solid content bro!
