Thank you for such good content. Would appreciate it more, as with others’ videos, if you would reduce apologies or lengthy introductions. With so much accessible information nowadays, I generally turn off anything that doesn’t get to the point within @30 seconds. (Brutal) editing is so appreciated.

Good grief, you have no clue what real sugar addiction looks like. This 10 day plan is fine for someone who has healthy eating habits from childhood, but this plan is ridiculous for someone like me. Not trying to be rude, just realistic that this plan will not help 99% of us true sugar addicts.

Thanks you for this insight. However, most people don’t have the financial freedom to quit their career and start over. Most people don’t look like you either. Looks make a huge difference. We really don’t need more coaches. Coaches only interact with the top 1% of the population.

What does your husband to for his living? Im a near-retirement age Doctor in Arizona. So much of your dilemma hits close to home. Solo practice has been emotionally rewarding over the years, but not hugely financially rewarding. I will check out your website for further guidance. But you should have included a very brief segment on how you healed from your grave medical condition. It would've helped in this vid. Congrats on your new path.

The way the system is set up now doctors are there to read data and write prescriptions. Once AI gets going they will be able to process even more! All clinics need to have health coaches who meet with you for 30 minutes each year. Some could even video conference

The medical industrial complex is not what it used to be when I was young. Our family doctor was a preacher and rancher. He was an admirable man. in 2020 it became clear to me that there was so much corruption in the system. I no longer have the respect for many medical doctors and the pharmaceutical sector. I feel sorry for the ones who are still trying to be honest and do a good job.

A healthy habit I have is getting outside soon after I wake up to soak in the sunshine. I would like to have less (or no) caffeine. What kind of decaf do you use? I know some decaffeination processes are healthier than others.

First of all, thank you for this video. I am a 79 year old former ER doc who burned out and walked away at 48 years of age after 20 years of fast paced practice in a busy suburban ER. I knew I was burned out and tried to help myself by reducing my hours, taking more vacations, etc. But my experience was that I was turning into a robot. The emotion was gone. After 20 years, I felt pretty comfortable seeing pretty much anything, but this persistent anxiety suffused my mind. I also had some health effects, namely essential tremor and runs of atrial fib in the morning when I went to bed. So I "retired" thinking I might try working in a clinic. I still miss the hands on moments of connection. They were rare, but little experiences of being human with a fellow human being. Nevertheless, I had promised myself at the start of my practice that if I couldn't communicate a caring image with my patients, I would leave. That gave me a noble excuse to exit without too much guilt. I've yet to regret that decision. It takes a lot of courage and insight to realize that it is time to move on and make that change. Thanks again.

I've been fasting 14:10 for 12 months. I was never overweight & have always moderately exercised. I also started eating a very healthy diet from my previously moderately healthy diet. My BMI has gone from 24 to 21 Due to my exercise, I'm very lean at a BMI of 21 & people think I look underweight. I've tried eating more, but I can't get my BMI above 21. Still, it's a healthy weight, I worry if I got sick, I could lose too much weight in a short period of time.

I love pairing healthy habits that we're trying to get established with either an already established routine (like you walking your kids to school then running the long way home) or a (healthy) treat! When I was having trouble getting my daily treadmill walking routine established, I made myself pair it with a couple of particular audiobooks that I was in the middle of (that particular app updated daily type of app), and they were REALLY interesting audiobooks! Sooooo, I told myself (until my new treadmill routine was firmly established at least) the ONLY time that I could tune into them was when I was actually walking on my treadmill!!! Those (daily free updates, bc I didn't pay for additional releases;) were my treat paired with my trying to establish a new healthy routine habit!!! Its a scientific thing to help you establish new habits MUCH easier and faster!!!! By pairing them with either already established routines or (in my case, that wasn't working well enough bc I didn't have a great time of day to walk, I was recovering so trying to do it a few minutes at a time several times a day) therefore pairing it with a 'healthly treat' (like an audiobook your interested in/already involved in) is a second best idea. AND IF YOU CAN INCORPORATE BOTH PAIRING TECHNIQUES!!!!! BAM!!!! THATS THE JACKPOT!!!!!!
