I just replaced the Diamond E3 on my Fezzari with the new Diamond 36 D1 SL. Out of the box, big difference! This new fork feels so much better over small rocks and steering and control feel way better. Nice job!

I´ve been riding and maintaining DVO stuff for the last 7 years and I must say I am always impressed with the quality of the internals, the performance and adjustability of the forks and shocks. The engineering and quality of materials are way above the RockShox and Fox, which are more sensitive and prone to wear and damage. I´m currently waiting for an onyx sc as I ride 27.5 but I would definitely buy this fork if I had a 29er.

New stuff is good, but, where are detailed schemes with manufacture numbers (like Fox and Rockshox have), where are detailed service videos, where normal tech-help web-pages?!... Thank you, anyway.

When are you going to update your videos and your tech guides on your website for your newer products like the Topaz Gen3. Also please fix the Diamond D1 lower foot nut so I do not have to use a thin wall spark plug socket to hang on loosely to a tiny section of threads. I like your products but find your guides and support lacking very badly for a home mechanic. Please focus on content to give your customers the information necessary to benefit from your products and more complex setup options with clear and consistent walk thru and how to videos.

If anybody has a tip to get that first o-ring off at the bottom of the can on the gen 3 topaz, I'd love ideas. I tried a credit card (gently) but I pretty quickly realized that would damage the o-ring. Can't get it to slide off by hand no matter what I do. It's in there good.

You might try to understand what you're talking about before dissing on a product... If you can't get the desired sag, that means the spring rate is too high, it has absolutely nothing to do with the shock itself SMH
