I was following the PDF guide for replacing the seals/oil and could not get the bottom of air-side cartridge loose from the lower casting no matter how much I hammered the foot nut. After watching this video, I completely unthreaded the top of the cartridge and backed out the foot nut so that it was only threaded a few revolutions. After doing this, tapping the nut finally freed the cartridge from the casting. Hope this helps someone!

No its not, OTT is (Off The Top), its the very initial sensitivity. IT has no effect deeper in the stroke. @@dirtboysteve

There are no volume spacers for a DVO Diamond. I've heard you can add 10ccs of oil to make it more progressive though

Come on DVO your vids are old . Great product but it's time to be more pro active. Keep pushing your product for 2018 into 19 and beyond
