Could you guys do an updated video on servicing the Onyx SC D1, I’m trying to contemplate if it’s something I dare tackle or just have the pros do it. Fork services always seems to be an intimidating task

Hey there, I just have one question that wasn't covered in the video lecture, :). I don't fully understand the purpose of the ravel reducers, will they change the overall length of the fork and therefore the geometry? If not what is their purpose other than making the possibility of bottom out more often? The reason is that I was thinking about using them for my Onyx and get some of the benefits of a shorter fork but I couldn't see the benefit for them. I have been using your products and will never change to any other brand, thank you for the great products.
