All the comments, reviews and now a clear explanation on the advantages and adjustability of this shock convinced me. I am getting a Ripmo and keeping this beauty on it. Super excited it will be my first fs! Question will I still get the fancy case and pump if my bike comes with this shock?

Nah that only comes if you buy it on its own. The case and pump are super nice too.

Thank you DVO for this air shock. Its great, but i have one question. I bought it brand new second hand but it was damaged. Can´t lock. All 3 positions of lever was same. We repair it with my friend, inside that lock system we found one teflon O ring, and when i put all shock together and try lock that teflon O ring drop down to the pin. The mistake was that the O-ring was smaller by some diameter and didn't hold in place. I also tried to buy it in a service kit, but it was not available in Slovakia. These Teflon rings can be purchased anywhere ?

My Moterra frame is a size small, can I invert the shock? The shock/bladder combos don’t fit between the down-tube and mounting hardware.

Hello, I have problems with my brand new topaz air 3. The rebound stage has hardly any effect. I closed it fully and the wheel still jumps. You hardly notice the adjustment either. Any idea what I can do to fix this Problem?

I have one on my Hightower v1. Totally transformed how it tracks in turns. No more chattering skips. Way more confident.

Take the video DOWN. Why advertise when all your dampers are sold out all the time? Been trying to buy for over a year.
