    Many of the features on the FORM goggles are available via a monthly subscription. Be aware of that.

    Man, every time I think, “Matt couldn’t get better b-roll, or more cinematic footage “ you prove me wrong! The hard work shows, none of that is easy! Really loving the potential here and the Coros history of constant updates and improvements. Excited to see where they take this! Been part of an early beta group since winter and it’s been cool to see this grow over time.

    How is the form versus the Garmin swimming analysis like the CSS?

    I've been extremely impressed with FORM's swim analytics tools. I think they're some of the best in the industry but Garmin is hard to beat in that regard and I don't remember seeing CSS on the FORM Swim goggles anywhere.

    The Pace 3 can broadcast HR which could be picked up by something running zwift to be used within the game.

    Im highly considering this as ny first bike computer. Im thinking of replacing my Samsung galaxy watch in the next couple of years with a coros watch. Would you think that the dura is hoing to be a viable choice for a bike computer?

    About 6 months too late. I sold my Coros watch (which I loved) and got a Garmin solely because I was tired of my running and cycling data existing in separate platforms (Strava not withstanding)

    I really only ride two bikes outside and my TT bike is relegated to the bike trainer. But I'm still interested to see if COROS can deliver on all of their in this thing. Hope your training is going well. 👌

    As always, the visuals, and cinematography is absolutely top tier. I was looking to buy a cycling computer, maybe I will go for this one rather than one of the more traditional ones. What is very unclear to me is if I connect it to a Garmin FR watch, will the activity be synced between both devices, to Garmin Connect, to Coros ? I don't even know if it is possible to mix different brands.

    I typically mix and match brands but a Garmin watch wouldn't been able to sync data in the same way as a COROS watch. I'd wait and see if COROS could deliver on some of the big promises made in the product. It feels like it needs to 'bake' for a few months before it's really ready to go.     Good review Matt - and an interesting product. The headline price is good but I'm struggling to get past the looks (and trade-off in screen real-estate). It kinda reminds me of a Garmin Forerunner 305 I bought a few years back - lots of device and not much screen. You have to give them kudos for taking on the established players in this market so it'll be interesting to see how it develops.

    Yeah, I can't tell. I think I'll be able to get over the looks in favor of the massive battery life.     I'm a huge fan of GP Lama and Ray but calling this misleading seems like a stretch. I'm obviously not trying to mislead anyone here in this "first look" (not a review). But I guess first looks have plenty of issues just by the nature of them not being full reviews. I agree that this device has issues but also huge potential and I have an entire section about things I wish were different. Either way, thanks for watching and commenting on this one Drone Scene.

    So question is one year later. Is it still worth it? I wish Apple Watches could have better battery life. With the new updates coming to it I wouldn’t have to consider switching yet but the battery life of my SE 2nd gen is not even a day worth at this point …

    The 965 is an awesome watch but I do think there are many things you’ll miss from your Apple Watch. They’re just smarter smart watches. Tricky call. You could always wait and see what Apple is up to this fall. 🤷🏻‍♂️

    @@mlegrand I think you got a point. I do not have any high hopes but if Apple end up making an Ultra with considerable better battery life I would beat myself up over not waiting for it, so I think I will try to stay patient.

    I've never had a smartwatch and I'm between the Venu 3s and the Pixel Watch 2. I think the PW is best for me but after 5+ years as a Pixel & Fi user, I just hate Google customer service. Plus it seems like Garmin watches hold up better in high temps. My Pixel phone always tries to overheat outside, even in my pocket. Leaning towards the Venu 3s.

    I bought this watch about a month ago and really liked it, but felt some key features were missing that the 265 had. But, I felt the 265 was a tad overpriced @ $450. I returned the 165 and bought a 265, mainly because of the M Legrand discount Dialed cycling lab gives us - thanks to both of you!! I can't say yet which one is the better deal - but the 165 is a great watch and probably all that most runners need. Too bad there isn't something in the middle as far as price and accessories/options.

    12:50 You don't need to spread out GPS devices. They're just radio receivers, so there's no interference whatsoever.

    been considering this watch fir a few weeks. i’ve been running w/ the apple watch ultra v1 for the last year and the gps has been iffy at best. I’ve been using the runna app for marathon training and measuring runs on my watch has consistently been off my partners wahoo watch by .25 mile at times. is it worth the adding to the collection to compare the two?

    Other than lackluster battery life, my forerunner 45 still works perfectly fine. I think if you are in the market for an upgrade you are better off going with the 255.

    Yes it does. I wouldn't expect any of these rings to count steps super accurately. One of my friend said this ring missed a ton of steps one day. But overall, I've enjoyed this product. Thank you for watching and taking the extra time to comment. I really appreciate it. 👍

    Just changed to 965 from Enduro 2 for the screen and the battery life is plenty enough for me. Does exactly what I want from a Garmin and the screen is just amazing.

    The moment I got Fenix 7 sapphire solar I turned off the touch screen. It's useful only for moving maps which I don't use. Got Instinct 2x on sale for less than 300 euros - noticed minimal differences between two in data collection and representation. Love both of them.
