Using solid cheese is a nono. It should be cream cheese.

aaaaacccckkkkkkkkk...rye bread ruined it. and you made it too soggy to pickup, too much butter. better with homemade bun and mayo, like a grinder.

You never used the onion? And a good poor mans pita procedure versus the foil wrapped brick is this, > high pre-heat a heavy black cast iron frying pan. Use/put that on top of the cooking sandwich. You can do multiple sandwiches simultaneously. You're welcome.

Damn! I miss good pastrami sandwiches. Out here in Yuma, Arizona there is not ONE place that serves a decent pastrami sandwich, if any at all. They just don't know what they are missing! Thanks for sharing. I'll be making my own pastrami sandwiches at home now!

Smart and Final sells plate pastrami in 1lb packages. A little fatty, more flavorful. Skillet the pastrami like bacon, drain on paper towels. Yum.

Just happened to go to a food bank today, and to my surprise, among the groceries was a package of beef pastrami from Gelson's!....I got home and went immediately to You Tube to find out how to prepare it....you and your channel are a gift from above. I don't have beef broth, but I have chicken broth on hand ....hope that doesn't ruin it. I'll let u know. Thanks for your upload.

how can you eat that without cream cheese? what you made is definitely not a pastrami sandwhich. you could skip sliced cheese and opt for a more smoother experience and add a few kraut.

All the Chocolate Covered Cherry recipes I find call for wrapping a dough-ish filling around the cherry before dipping, then letting them sit about 2 weeks to allow the center to liquify. IS IT POSSIBLE to make the center how you like it with the cherry in the center, freeze it in a mold, then dip in chocolate before it starts thawing? Would that work, you think? I'm going to try it 🤷🏻‍♀️😛
