Croissant Waffle Breakfast Sandwiches

Break out of the same ol' boring breakfast with these Bacon, Egg, and Cheese Croissant Waffle Sandwiches! They are a fun and delicious way to get a hearty breakfast that even the kids will love.
Enjoy these around the breakfast table or eat it on the run. They're convenient, filling, and taste just as delicious either way.

Waffle Croissant Breakfast Sandwich Recipe
Ingredients
2 croissants, sliced in half
2 eggs, whisked
1/4 pound bacon, cooked and crumbled
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/4 cup diced jalapenos
salt & pepper
non-stick cooking spray
Directions
Preheat waffle iron to medium and spray both sides with cooking spray.
In medium bowl, whisk together eggs, bacon, cheddar, and jalapenos.
Season with salt and pepper.
Pour 1/2 egg mixture into two squares of waffle iron, and place croissants on other two squares.
If you have a two-sided waffle iron, do what Chef Cody does in the video. Place the egg mixture on one side, and the croissants on the other.
Remove from waffle iron, form into sandwiches, and enjoy!
