  Grass hadn’t evolved yet so I think the biggest challenge would be sourcing strong straight material for projectile shafts

  A while back I was looking at getting a Hoyt recurve because supposedly it’s the “best”, mind you it’s atleast a 1000 dollar bow. I was going to be hunting with it so I wanted something good but couldn’t justify the price. I ended up getting a Farmington archery bow that is probably the same in quality and 1/3 of the price.
