Wonderful! I adore your channel. You help me make better choices. I feel a sense of calm too. Lovely surroundings, calm instruction, and soothing voice. Subtle humor gives me a chuckle. I really wasn't sure what you were going to create the sauce with. I have plenty of sunflower seeds and hemp hearts (and a Vitamix!) so I will be making this tonight. I was thinking of making a pasta dish, so this is perfect timing. While I am not vegan, I am strongly plant based. To accommodate my heavily meat-eating husband (but happens to also like vegetables), I will make a meat dish as a side. Thinking I may do a lentil (or walnuts) and beef meatball for him (I sneak in non meat goodies to reduce meat load). Love everything that is in this. Looking forward to making it. Thank you. 🤩
Definitely trying

10 mins to chop garlic...
I LOVE, I will make it tonight. they are simples and good recipe, I wish your cookbook was available in Canada or on Amazon or chapters or somewhere.
I'm an older woman, and I just want to ask what you call the bowl/plate? It's a great idea. The plate is improved IMO. I won't be purchasing any for me and my husband because we bough bulk diner plates and bowls years ago. We have not had to use any of the new ones that sit in our basement because they are so tough.
I can’t wait to try this
So this is what Dave Ramsey meant.
Nice
Hi new to your channel thanks for sharing 🦋💫💫💫💫🌸
How do you deal with the olive oil becoming bitter after being blended hard?
“Not cashews” is the name of my budget level…. But you lost me at vitamix. Hint: many of us aren’t impressed with what we can no longer afford. Recipe looks yummy otherwise.
What is zaatara you added to sauce as a fourth element after lemon juice, salt, pepper....?
I loved seeing “ not cashews”. My budget is called “ not cashews” in English.
Mmm... Burmese style noodles!
seems tasty
Yummm… quick and easy recipe to make. Thank you
Honey. The cooking time on pasta is INCLUDING the time the pasta is added to AND mixed simmering into the sauce also - NOT the time the pasta is boiling in water. NEVER boil the past in water for the full time it says on the packet. Let me teach you the correct way. If the box says 9 min. you remove pasta from the boiling water at 7 mins. then add and simmer in sauce for another 2 min = 9 mins. Then you'll finally get to taste and TEACH what pasta should taste like. And NEVER 3 cloves of garlic. Ya welcome!
wooow tasty
I love the cabinet of spices you have. I'm a new viewer & and love your videos.
Where did you get your pan?
Making this tomorrow!!! Thanks for the recipe
Props for your knife skills alone.
I love the recipe, thanks for sharing.❤
Not noodles, but rather pasta
great video, love your soothing voice...so easy to listen to and follow the recipe.
I made mistakes and it still had delicious flavor. I forgot to season the dressing with salt and pepper. I did not have cucumbers or tahini. I used bell peppers and peanut butter thinned with water. You got me to eat tomatoes. I don’t eat them too often. I am going food shopping tomorrow.
MAY I KNOW WHAT IS THE RED POWDER YOU ADDED?
Oh my that creamy sauce looks amazing 🤩
Cremini mushrooms are absolutely my favourite
I made this tonight. Yum. I used dried parsley because I didn't have fresh. ❤
I love the idea. Has anyone tried this recipe with pumpkin seeds instead of sunflower seeds? I don’t have sunflower but have lots of pumpkin that need to be used. Feedback pls
One of your best recipes 😊 I just tried it tonight for the first time and I can’t wait to do it again 👍🏾
looks delicious............could someone come do the dicing for me!
Healthy and tasty. Very nice recipe. Thank you
I made this for dinner tonight and I have to say I like cashew cream better. To the sauce and spinach, I added some vegan sour cream and some dried tomatoes that just came out of my dehydrator. They were both nice additions. Next time, I’ll try it with cashew cream and I suspect it will be perfect. Thanks for another great recipe.
Looks delicious. Thank you for this recipe.
You talk TOO fast.
Yummy. That’s so good. I might try this recipe using quinoa instead of rice. Thanks Will.♥️
A sunflower seed stroganoff! That looks marvelous!
Yes he does have a soothing voice, love the video, I would have to leave out the mushrooms.
Sunflower seeds are great!
I used this fusilli brand for my mushroom pasta today for the first time, it's an excellent choice! Will defo give your recipe a try next time
Made it today and wow is it tasty, thank you!
I love your success story! Your recipes are so delicious and easy to make...Thank you for your hard work and dedication. Your videos and recipes are very creative and tasty!
Tried making this. It was delicious, but my mix was soaking wet, and the dipping sauce turned into a thick dry paste as soon as I started mixing....
That looks great! 🙏
I eat lentil stew once a week. With brown rice. But definitely will try this one.
Definitely adding this to my looong list of "Wil Yeung's meals I need to make asap"! Looks perfect and delicious, as always! Using a little leftover hot pasta water instead of the plain cold water, would make this sauce even better...as is done in Italian cuisine for example 😋👌🙏🌱
