What a creativity in vegan cooking. It is a joy to watch you cook Mr. Yeung and to hear you explain every dish you create. I can't get enough and it makes it so much easier to go vegan. I'm not all vegan yet but I'm not eating meat for over 3 years now. 3/4 of my cooking is vegan and sometimes I don't even notice when vegan. My family and friends can't believe that I became a vegetarian after I turned 61, and it is harder for them that I eat more vegan dishes now. I love the variety in vegan Asian cuisine. Your cooking gives me much encouragement. Thank you 🤗 and greetings from Germany.

It’s not the back of your three fingers that guide your blade - you’ll wind up cutting off a tip of a finger or finger nail if you do that. It’s the first knuckle on your fingers that guide the blade with your finger tips curled in (hence the name, the “claw”).

Hiya 🙋🏻‍♂️ Happy to hear that we are cooking together. All ingredients and directions can be found in the description area of each episode. For this one in specific, due to character allowances, it can be found in each original episode (linked in description). Happy cooking 🙌🏻
