What a creativity in vegan cooking. It is a joy to watch you cook Mr. Yeung and to hear you explain every dish you create. I can't get enough and it makes it so much easier to go vegan. I'm not all vegan yet but I'm not eating meat for over 3 years now. 3/4 of my cooking is vegan and sometimes I don't even notice when vegan. My family and friends can't believe that I became a vegetarian after I turned 61, and it is harder for them that I eat more vegan dishes now. I love the variety in vegan Asian cuisine. Your cooking gives me much encouragement. Thank you 🤗 and greetings from Germany.

Never a dull moment! This afternoon I'll cook another dishy dish. My favorite part of broccoli are the peeled stems! Today I'll shamelessly 'fiddle' with recipe #1 along the original (a two-pan feast) making a variation adding Lady White Turnips. Thank you for inspiration! Mushroom Barbacoa is tommorrow's meal. Beautiful recipe! but one thing I would recommend is to oil your Kale for better digestion since Kale is very hard to digest. I know I see huge difference when I massage my kale in oil vs eating it without oil.

Shredding the mushrooms with a fork! Genius! Mine is blown!
Broccoli in garlic sauce is a favorite. I've always seen it with thinly sliced garlic. Mincing releases more of the flavor, but I just add more garlic! All three of these are solid winners. I gotta try the mushroom barbacoa.
Great technique, I actually prefer the stalks, cooked.

I worked in a kitchen that used the peeled broccoli stalk in their cheese and broccoli soup. Not vegan, but I bet it would be good in clay pot cooking. Vegan of course.

It all looks delicious. Where can I buy dark soy sauce?
iwanto try on cashew nuts salad dressing 🎉
It’s not the back of your three fingers that guide your blade - you’ll wind up cutting off a tip of a finger or finger nail if you do that. It’s the first knuckle on your fingers that guide the blade with your finger tips curled in (hence the name, the “claw”).
Love the cheesy ‘dad’ jokes for each recipe haha

If you are able to find coconut aminos, it’s a great substitute 👌🏻 (you may have to add more salt as coconut aminos tends to have less sodium than soy sauce)
