Locklab

If you want to lock in your hair and reach peak hair regrowth visit Locklab.co

I started going bald at age 20. I figured from then on I'd never be one of "the guys with great hair". Since then I've had four hair transplants (three FUT and one FUE), a beard to scar transplant, and tried virtually every hair loss supplement and remedy imaginable. Through my own experience and talking to thousands of other balding men I've learned a ton about the science and psychology or hair loss. I created this channel in hopes that the insights I've gained will help you achieve the hair you’ve always wanted.

    Thank you very much! finally someone stepped out and said the truth. I got tired of these videos where they are convincing guys who have very little problem with ther hair to completely shave it off. They say they look better After shaving it off. I think they look worse and they look like a grandpa..... I also had to have transplants and I'm so happy not having thinning hair anymore. You looked very good with your first hair transplant ! Even if it was thin, you definitely looked better than being bald.

    Thank you, I completely agree. by the way, if you live in the US, we would love to get you on lock lab. It is absolutely the best hair loss treatment that’s ever been available. Locklab.co …You can use the code FF50 for half off your first order 😁 … it is very important to be on a medication like this after having a hair transplant in order to preserve the rest of your hair, and keep your transplanted hair also looking it’s best. Otherwise, over time both Transplant hair, and the hair around it can thin and miniaturize.

    I had a combination FUT/FUE transplant of 2400 grafts at a reputable flagship company for hair restoration. I only had about 800 grafts grow back after the initial hair loss at the 1-month mark, so only a 33% success rate for grafts. I'm at 14 months now, so I'm about out of time for any future improvement. I have healthy doner hair, and the grafting was less dense than most procedures. The company doesn't know why my grafts didn't grow back. But it sucks because I paid 12k for almost no improvement in my appearance.

  • @GetLocklab
    @GetLocklab13 күн бұрын

    Man, that sucks. Most reputable clinics guarantee the growth of the grafts, or they will fix the work for free. I know Dr. Dan McGrath my surgeons guarantees the growth of the grafts. I mean sure, not every single graft will grow, but it shouldn’t noticeable that a large percentage of grafts didn’t grow…

    I mean, everything Harry has said in this video is truth. This is the reality men face, as you know. His channel is a living proof of service of this. Time and time again men grow tired of the charade and shave it. Most men don’t just go “huh I’m losing my hair, time to shave it all off right now day 1!” It’s a long, arduous process that takes many years for a lot of guys. That’s why he made the channel.

    Theres a mistake in your video at 3:49, its not 5 mg finasteride , its 1.1 mg. Also what exactly is different from your finasteride formulation vs keeps/hims?

  • @GetLocklab
    @GetLocklab7 күн бұрын

    There are a few things that make Locklab a better choice than Keeps or Hims. 1. Our price is the best in the industry for the amount of medication that you get 1.1MG Finasteride 5MG Oral Minoxidil. To get the same amount of oral minoxidil from either of those companies and finasteride would be a good bit more expensive. We actually have a graph of this on our website that shows the prices of our competitors vs. our price for the same amount of medication. 2. We third-party test our raw materials (ingredients) and hold ourself to a higher standard than the FDA. The FDA allows a 10% variance above or below in API (Active PharmaceuticalI Ingredient), and from our personal anecdotal experience (and quite a lot of news articles) we think a lot of generic brands are actually selling medication below this required API (because it’s cheaper). We hold our medication to a standard of 5% or less variance. because all of the owners Locklab (three brothers David, Mark, & Paul) all take Locklab, and we only want to take high-quality medication ourselves. Another reason why we can sell our medication cheaper even being higher quality is that there are only three people in our company. 3. All of the medication that you need is in one pill. That makes staying compliant (actually using/taking it) much easier. Doing anything every single day is difficult. Even I forget to take my pill every now and again. The more complicated you make anything the more chance that you will not do it consistently, and if you don’t do it consistently, it’s not going to work. 4. We offer the best customer service of any hair loss medication company. You can literally call up the CEO on his cell phone and talk to him and ask questions, and as I’m sure you know, I have quite a lot of personal experience with hair loss myself, and I often talk to guys on the phone, and answer messages personally. You’re not gonna get that kind of customer service with Keeps or Hims.

    I bought this product at the beginning of June and the adherence to the scalp is incredible. When I bathe my head without shampooing the product does not fall out, even yesterday I applied shampoo and lightly massaged my hair and what fell out was very little. It works well if you apply minoxidil before using Dermmatch.

    Hey Dave ! Just wondering brother I’ve been on fin 1mg per day for 6 months and I think I’m going thru a shed (which I’m fine with but still worrying if it’s not haha), anyway when would you think about going on to dutasteride ? Thanks!

  • @GetLocklab
    @GetLocklab7 күн бұрын

    Are you on Locklab? Typically shedding is not something to worry about, especially if you’ve just recently started on oral minoxidil. Because your hair will shed as it makes way for thicker stronger hair to grow in its place. I would definitely suggest getting on Locklab if you live in the US, and if you don’t live in the US, then I would suggest finding the same ingredients wherever you live, which includes adding the 5 mg per day of oral minoxidil, before I would suggest you starting on dutasteride.

    I’m 30 years old with “ethnic hair”, I used expired hair bleach multiple times at 18 years old (a family members was going to cosmetology school and left the bleach around) I got a hair transplant 2 months ago and despite am using finasteride do not believe I need it… my donor area was amazing and the results already look good I think in the case of hair loss solely from chemical damage, one does not benefit from finasteride in the same way that someone naturally balding would. In the case of chemical damage, the hair follicle was destroyed not from DHT but from environmental factors.

    Hello , we need a video about people who live in countries that do not provide oral minoxidil, and if they can use a topical minoxidil solution for that, such as drinking 2-4 drops of the solution, each 1 ml contains 50 mg minoxidil , and 1 ml equals 40 drops, so 2 drops = 2.5 mg, 4 drops equal 5 mg, and if we look at the topical ingredients of Minoxidil, we can see propylene glycol, ethanol and water, all these ingredients cannot harm us because they are already made up in our food and drinks, can we do that?

    I am a 64 year old female and have hair thinning that is devastating. Dermatologist said it is androgen alopecia. About one month ago started oral minoxidil 2.5 mg and spironolactone 100 mg daily. I also take Nutrafol which contains biotin. What do you think? Is Locklab better? Is it ok for females? What side affects are there? Facial hair growth etc?

  • @rgowlikar1
    @rgowlikar120 күн бұрын

    locklab is formulated for men. Some doctors do prescribe finasteride to women but the dosage is different. Spirinolactone and oral minoxidil is a good treatment option for women but you want to give it at least 3/4 months to assess if anything has changed even if its just slightly.

  • @GetLocklab
    @GetLocklab12 күн бұрын

    The other person who responded is correct. Locklab is currently formulated for men. Though there might be a benefit to you as well since you are past childbearing years and can take finasteride. The 5MG of minoxidil will likely give you a bigger boost also. It’s honestly probably at least worth a try for 6 months to see if you notice a visible improvement in that time vs. what you’re taking now.

    hi David, quick question. i think i had like 4 HT done. 1 FUE and 3 FUT. the FUE i had done pretty much fail but the FUT is successful. i plan to go with my 5th HT but am confuse which method should i go with this time. i have a linear scar from my 4 FUT and i wanted to try FUE since my FUT told me he might be be able to extract enough hair using FUT cause skin at the back of my head is to too tight. the FUE i had done were many many years ago before all the advancement in FUE. so i figure the technology for the FUE might already be improved since i did my first FUE. and i will be able to harvest more hair using FUE than FUT. my surgeon for FUT suggest that to get the amount hair i wanted he may have to cut a 2nd strip from another area at the back which i,m not sure i want that. your advice would be most appreciated.

  • @GetLocklab

    Honestly, the best thing to do in my opinion would be to have someone like my surgeon, Dr. Dan McGrath, who does both types of surgery very well inspect your hair in person and then decide. I know he is a very ethical surgeon so he will only do what he feels is in your best interest.
