Where did you get those before and after photos of the bald celebs? About half of them looked pretty good. Some of these guys are simply not that good looking but their amazing hair conceals it. In real life I think Harry Styles is the most at risk of going bald. He has severe temple recession, and the bald look was not a good one for him. I thought Tom Cruise looked the best without hair. That's a handsome dude.

I found them on a website article of the same name as the video. Definitely the being tan and having some facial hair really helps the bald look. I think even with Tom if he was pasty white in the after photo it wouldn’t have come across nearly as well. But yeah, Tom is extremely handsome 😁
