The way you handled a side effect being brought up ("We don't want to say we don't believe you but.."; "Maybe you're less than 120 lbs") was weird.

I appreciate you asking us your question. I just responded with my personal thoughts in the moment live. It’s not a side effect that we’ve ever had another patient bring up to us out of the thousands of patients currently on Locklab. What are your personal thoughts about it? I wish I knew how to help or answer your question in a more helpful manner. If you know how I can or have a question I could ask Dr. McGrath personally for you I would be happy to.

@@GetLocklab Maybe the brand makes a difference. I was taking Par Pharmaceutical. Although while I’ve heard many times about brand making a difference for finasteride I’ve never heard the same about oral minoxidil.

@@GetLocklab As non-doctors, neither you, nor Steve, nor your brothers are qualified to dismiss that a medication could cause a side effect. Being a doctor doesn't make you automatically right (indeed doctors are wrong all the time) but it does make you qualified to give such an opinion. I'm surprised it is even legal for you as non-doctors and non-pharmacists to give unqualified opinions on prescription medication that you sell. Is it? Lest you claim that all you did was cite the fact that none of your 1,400 customers have self-reported fatigue as a side effect-you suggested that the fatigue was psychosomatic.
