I think your hair looks amazing bro, maybe try a new hairstyle with it? why not sweep it forward in more of a wavy surfer way? It seems thick enough to make it look really good!
Thanks for bringing this point! I was thinking about how hairline naturalness is related to the donor's hair quality, and you're right at the point!

Steve’s point is a really good. In someway is what works for you works against you and vice versa 😆
Why don't you comb a bit to the front instead backwards? That could help to conceal the first line.

Good remark! Maybe because in his different hairtransplants the surgeon implants the grafts angle backwards? I guess since it's his way of combing his hair....
I hate that i dont have enough density in the front after twice hair transplant
It's a good post about natural look ❤
Hey David, it looks great in my opinion. I think it was worth all the surgery you went through. as far as looking natural of course it doesn't, but not in a bad way. you can never expect to get the hairline you had back when you were in high school or something. Those expectations can never be reached. Steve is a very wise man and helped me learn a lot from advice like that. You need to realize that the hair you have now though is incredible! Dr. McGrath and his team did a wonderful job at bringing your youth back. I see fullness, volume, body, and a perfect hairline to make all of this hair transplant journey worth it. My advice to you is don't do any more transplants. in fact, stop overthinking about the little things you wish you could change about it and learn to love everything this new hair has brought you. confidence, happiness, and just that feeling where you can tell yourself I look great each and every day. Take care of yourself David.
How many hair transplants have you done? Also, do you do PRP treatments?

I’ve never done PRP treatments. I’ve had five hair transplants.
looks good where's steve have not see him in a bit ?
Looks very good imo. Looks like you don’t suffer from MPB at all. Did you do the transplants at the same clinic?

I had surgeries done by three different primary surgeons. I feel like the majority of my best work was done by Dr. Dan McGrath in Austin, TX though.

Mr.David DiMuzio awesome presentation and i-love listening & watching your show. And always you look's great.👍👍☁💥😍🌈👍👍
What are you talking about? Your hairline looks fine.
I remember a long time ago seeing this story of a guy who had a poor donor zone who ended up using body hair for his hair transplant, much of it being used to reconstruct his hairline. As a happy side effect of this, his hairline ended up looking extremely natural and fuller than if he had just used his donor zone supply. The thin hairs used from his body being applied to his hairline made it look like he just had a bunch of baby hairs coming in most people with naturally dense amounts of hair have. It was amazing. I wish more HTP doctors would look into this type of design.

but how do you cover up scars from body hair? I also heard body hair has a low survival rate

@@ayumelove No idea man. I'm not a doctor. I'm just some dude who saw the article a few years ago. It had pictures, and what it showed was one of the best results I'd ever seen in my life. The result this guy had looked fuller than most people who have all of their natural hair.

@@ayumeloveyes but you can probable maintain them very well with finasteride.... don't you think?
Hello, please notice me. I'm from the Philippines, and my Finasteride's brand is DIMA
Your hairline looks good. In my case i kept my hairline slightly more receded as not to make it obvious.
I'll be honest, most people overthink if a hairline looks natural or not. The reality is, your hairline simply looks dense. It's not the 80's anymore, obvious transplants are those who used to get massive plugs back in the day. If I met you on the street, I'd simply think you have good hair genetics. I'm from Europe, many men have hairlines like yours naturally.
Great video , Dr.Ron shapiro is best doctor when it comes to naturalness , I always wanted strong hairline like david but I did surgery with him and very happy with result , It took me couple of years to understand how important is to have natural hair transplant. I agree with Steve that result should show some kind of recession to look natural ( In most cases )

Your are humble, but trust me, I had a hair transplant and I'm satisfied but your hair is looking way better than mine and my starting point was better than yours (I only got 1 hair transplant) . Yours is looking very good and natural, I've seen some horrible results....

Thank you 💛 …what do you not like about your own hair currently?
I went to Turkey and specifically asked for a hairline that is normal for my age (55). They did not disappoint. Since then I can tell on other people when it's not.

Nah. It looks natural.

It maybe a bit to straight as to why it appears unnatural. Especially as you age men typically recede a bit in the front giving a more mature hairline. However its still not that bad, nothing to lose sleep over.

I think for me, it comes down to the fact that the hairs in the front of my hairline are not more like thin baby hair kind of looking. They are just instantly super thick ropey hairs, and none that aren’t 😆

You’re overthinking it bro. You said yourself, any normal person outside the hairloss community isn’t gonna notice (aka 99%+ of people). I’d take ever so slightly “less than natural looking” hair over obvious balding any day and twice on Sunday.

Try a different hairstyle, or let it grow a little. Some hairstyles accentuates the hairline, full, receding, or transplant.
Yeah, I think it always looks obvious. People can tell, they just don't want to say anything. I think guys with hair transplants should use a side part. It would be less obvious than a spiked or slicked back hair style.
Fantastic hair transplant result, one of best I’ve seen, but it doesn’t really look natural
Too many implanted hairs on the forehead. Less would have looked more natural.
