I am in propecia for over 2 months, and I do not observe decent results yet. As a matter of fact, I am continuously shedding resulting to thinning. I am losing hope that is why I am searching for an inspirational and authentic message for someone who also uses this drug to keep me go through this process :(

Do you live in the US? The combo medication we sell through Locklab.co works much better than just Finasteride alone. Also, the quality of finasteride differs. Are you taking brand name Propecia, or a generic finasteride? How many MG are you taking per-day?

Hi. I’m aged 44 Norwood 1.5-2 and have been recommended finasteride if I’m concerned about hair loss, which I am. I was recommended doing 0.25mg x3 per week and see how I get on with that. Do you think finasteride is a good option for my circumstances and is 0.25mg enough in your opinion please?

Only a licensed doctor can legally prescribe medicine. but If you live in the US I recommend the pill we sell through Locklab.com which has finasteride in it. You can use the code FF50 for half off your first order. That’s what I take, what my brothers take, and most of my close friends take. If you don’t live in the US, then I still think you should likely take a higher dose of finasteride. 1mg per-day is the general recommendation. And oral minoxidil 2.5MG or 5MG is generally recommended.

I totally get it, I've been on 1mg fin since 2020 and also on oral min 2.5 since November of last year and thinking about stopping fin though since I feel it may have lost efficacy

Unless you want to be a bald guy I definitely suggest you stay on it. You might want to switch brands if you’re buying really cheap finasteride. The API (active pharmaceutical ingredient) can vary depending brand. Also, at Locklab.co our combo contains 5MG of oral minoxidil which we’ve found to be more effective than 2.5MG

@@GetLocklabyes also many seem to think it lost effect just because they had a very good period 2-3 years after they started finasteride. Like for me I had my most regrowth / improvement period maybe 3-3.5 years after starting finasteride. Then it was just stable with maybe a slooow decline. That does not mean it has lost effectiveness it’s just well a contrast of those periods. It can also be a period of more shed etc. people need to keep the long run.

@@GetLocklabnah I’m in uk. It’s a listed side effect but very rare, you can find some stories online. I think Steve cook was even in a video about it. I’ve tested it multiple times and discontinuing fin makes it go away but I want to be able to take it without these issues. It’s not a brand issue it’s a hormonal thing. Fin causes a rise in e2 and there’s less DHT in the system to help balance it out

Don't get mad. A lot of bald people are not well educated around the world. I think in some Asian countries, Finasteride are called DHT Blocker? They don't know anything about Propecia.
