I’m curious about your mod that allows you to mount your mowing deck without swapping out the 3pt arms. Thanks!

If you need a new variable speed pulley or sheaves, Speed Selector makes pulleys that replace the Reeves, Hi-Lo, TB Woods and Lovejoy pulleys that went out of business or got bought. Most are in stock or Speed Selector will custom make if needed. They have an actual engineering department; very helpful.

Hay brother get a 12 volt starter for a polaris 400 2 stroke scrambler. it has a gear reduction drive and is about the size of a brigs & stratton starter but with the power of a car starter. then get an old 10 speed bike and rob the gear set off the rear tire. it will spin one way and free wheel the other. weld the 10 speed gear to the starter gear then weld your cranking sprocket to the other side of the 10 speed gear. now take one of your 12 volt drill lipos and wire to it with a switch. now make a small box to house all this in and you are good to go. or better than this is to just buy a hand held 12 volt remote starter like the ones the go cart racing community use to crank thee modified engines. those work amazing and would crank your atv all day no problem at all and cost you less than that big ass drill probably did! hahahah love ya bro, glad to see you thinking outside the box. i live outside the box! visit me sometime.

Finally a sharpener that grinds toward the blade edge which leaves a lot less rolled over burr to grind off the other side of the blade. Using a grinding wheel is a plus too as it is 1/5th the cost of a flap disc and stays more aggressive than a flap disc which only cuts fast at first.

Should be the same current for a longer time. If the battery is low, the current will drop.

This makes you wonder where some of the really expensive sharpeners on the market get their design from. I work like you do and when I see something I like I will attempt to make it myself. I have a nearby welding shop that has boatloads of scrap from projects they make and so far I have built two major tools from their scrap (Box Blade & Log Arch). I already have enough material to make your design, so thanks for the demo. In case you are wondering, I am saying I will make this eventually, but time and daily life is always slipping away and clocks run faster than I do, but I will catch that clock one day and finish the project. Thanks for the demo.

Nice. I bought a used Cleveland tilt skillet. Retails new around 28K. All stainless. 40 Gal. Bought at auction for about $100. Converting into parts washer. Picked up small stainless steel drums a while back too. I'll have the only 30K parts washer around! Thanks for the vid.

Excellent video, I bought a Newport Vessels 55 lb thrust, and I rotated the handle 180 degrees to mount on my kayak. In the process of putting the bolt back through the shaft, The bolt cut one my wires. I had to pull the motor out and un hook the wire to allow me to pull the wire out enough to heat shrink it. I don't know how to reinstall the motor as the brushes are spring loaded.
