Very awesome rebuild! I found this channel years ago because it showed up in the search for waste oil burners. His is an awesome burner! I need to build a burner myself.

Jeff, great video as always! Your a man of many talents. I admire you and your accomplishments! Not many of us could or would completely rebuild a backhoe from the ground up. Keep up the great work!

Hi Glad the machines done good for you, and it still looks like you painted it yesterday ! I've had a few years break from doing repair stuff for customers, I was farming more. I quit that now as the novelty started wearing off with the parts costs on my machines. I'm going back to shop work again and the customers can buy the parts L.O.L. I just got a bit of a shock it's been 3 years since I commented on your video about heating and cooling bolts to undo them, it must of been around the time I found this rebuild to. I guess I never clicked the bell on your channel, KZread decided to tell me you posted this video tonight. The bells clicked now and it looks like I got a bit of catching up to do here. Thanks for the update, Take care, Robert

Thank you for the nice write-up Robert. We have been traveling - my first time ever! Bought a toy hauler. Taking the 3 wheelers to the trails up north. The gf loves helping restoring and riding them too. Met her on match 2 years ago. She had a goofy hat on her pic with a weird write up. Yup - was my type. My - how times change.....

I live in farm country and regular tractors can be boring..I was lucky as a kid to grow up across the street from a big construction company with lots of big toys to look at

I also have a 580 SE. The most valuable piece of equipment on my place. But, it looks nowhere as nice as yours. Lots of years old grease and a few hydraulic oil leaks, but the thing still digs! I will need to rebuild the shuttle in the Spring. Have the parts but not the time right now. Wondering if you did a shuttle rebuild?

Still looks great Jeff. That FEL bucket is just screaming for a removable/reversible cutting edge. It'll last a lot longer than the factory edge.... ask me how I know.... snow is not its friend. How's the recovery going?

Doing very well. Sometimes a bit aches on the leg, but very acceptable. First time ever - been traveling a bit this summer. Having possibly too much fun. Trail riding up north with the restored 3 wheelers - what a blast....

This was supposed to be an 86. Started to ordering parts.... Wrong... . Was an 81, Last year, local construction guy said that. The machine was fairly simple yet then so...

That machine is not a 1991 case did not make the super e in 91 . It’s most likely an 87 that’s the last year the super e was built
