Tandem Air Cylinder Rebuild

Ойын-сауық

Watch as I return this cylinder to new condition. I included various tips and some (hopefully funny) shop stories from years back. These are the same steps used for rebuilding tractor hydraulic cylinders. Thank you for stopping by, Jeff!

Sorry Jeff... never could stand coffee. But this was two cups of hot tea with Tupelo Honey. I have used the solder gun idea before, but when Dad passed I inherited is "reel to reel" tape eraser (& degauser). I keep it tucked up on one corner of the bench and a quick swipe clears anything. Yes, would really like to see some of your other creations for the shop.

2jeffs1 oh yeah. You’ll probably get there one day. Plus, I’ve told pretty much all my friends about you and they’ll tell there’s and it keeps going. I mean, my channel hasn’t even hit 100 total views yet but I’m going to keep going! Also, it’s me, Ryan Clark. I’m 13 and love fixing thing just like you. Maybe one day I’ll be just as good. Don’t know if you remember me but I comment on just about every video. 👍😁 keep it going!

@@Ryan318l Actually yes I do. Can't miss your channel thumbnail. I was a big fan of his years back too! Always appreciate when folks leave a bit about them self. Also when people say what country they are from. Like my friend says - that's why they call it the world wide web - sure is true...

I'M a long time subscriber my wife and her family are from near where you are we spoke about it once. I always enjoy your videos and your stories i would love to be able to sit around and chew the fat with you for hours just listening to you tell stories. Always get excited when you post a new video. My wife's parents and family worked for different divisions of GM in the factories up there. A live stream would be great!!! Jeff you are never boring don't ever worry about that. What year is the central machinery lathe it looks in great condition i don't think they have made that size in several years. Thank you for making these videos and sharing parts of your life with us. I just wish you could make more videos LOL Have a great week!!!

Jeff: Last night I watched this video and the one about your accident with the truck and trailer (left a comment there as well). Love your vids and all of the tips and tricks. All of your work is first rate. No one else like you on YT. Anything you post is worth a view, no matter how long. In fact, the longer, the better. Best of luck and stay healthy!
