Leland's beard is truly majestic
Actually I relax my vocal cords to throat sing
There are 2 other versions, a lyric video and a short live version for the Ubisoft crowd. Chance wrote a banger! Also the Bass Gang did a cover of this song. So much fun! 😍
This IMHO , may be the single most impressive live Female Vocal performance of All time. I would challenge Any current Female Artist to come up. Without Auto Tune and try this......... I'll wait
This was the best song throughout the 60s. 70s. 80s. and 90s and even today it is a great song. and then Emma Kok came along and blew it out of the water with Voila,,,
What's awesome about this performance is that this is not your average audience. These people are Motown legends and stars and they are standing, dancing, clapping and cheering for MJ. This is really his crowning moment, cementing himself as The forever legendary King of Pop
Epilepsy warning? Haha
"MATADOR" FABULOSOS CADILLACS release date 1993-----------"EN BARRANQILLA SE BAILA ASÍ" SHAKIRA release date 2005...... NOTHING MORE TO SAY.
I first heard this on Conan and am loving that set.
I think you said it perfectly. I think some women, like Baez, are gods. And no men are gods--only a few women.
You should watch the TV show based on this song. It stars Barbara Eden.
Maggie ♥️ Leo 🇦🇷 argentina 👌
Love the song and also that you love it , but don’t like the interruptions. Your written ones are fine though!
My grandfather gave henry mancini his first break in television music with Mr lucky then peter Gunn-history!!
This song is about Syd Barret's insanity. How they had to medicate him to get him up on stage for a show.
You talk too much I am certainly glad I did not subscribe
Only ONE word describes this song...Immortal! Every generation has what they consider "Their" music. And for the most part...every generation believes "Their" music is the best! Sadly...short of maybe a handful of songs...nothing recorded after 1980 will be remembered or stand any test of time.
Was fun watching you jam out
Please react to BGKO, Barcelona Gipsy balKan Orchestra- Od Ebra Do Dunava (live in Vilnius)
He's been doing it for 40 yrs!!!
It's actually a sad song, it is about his divorce.
You need to hear The Warning do enter sandman. 3 girl group from Mexico. Awesome as good if not better than the original.
He was only 25 when he recorded this in 1960.
When you saw him perform in concert like myself you are totally hypnotized by that voice. No audio tune, no dancers, no fireworks, no special lighting just one incredible talent all his own. Never before never again will we see a talent like Elvis.
She sings it better from “the concert” live.
She is so good. I would not think anyone could match Barbara but she does. I love this this girl.
If you really want to understand this music, you need to watch the movie Highlander (1986). Brian May was inspired to write "Who Wants to Live Forever" after watching the love scenes between Connor and his wife Heather, and the song ultimately accompanied the film.
Annoying
----------------thank you for playing the original version of this song, and not the live version from before Elvis died, which are not that great. The only live version worth listening to is around 1971 and he did a hell of a job on it.
I second your comments, totally, sister!!!
My absolute favorite version of "A Star is Born", the chemistry of these 2 in the movie was fire!!
რატომღაც მგონია,რომ ქართველი ხარ😀
Definitely check out Pentatonix Sing Off version. They basically won the Sing Off in 2011 with their performance of Dog Days. It was the first real Mitch slap we ever heard. They were all about 19 at the time. Babytonix at their finest.
I saw AC/Dc at "Day on the Green" in 1978. Angus bobs his head and dancing the entire show.
Yes, guttural Elmo
I love Maggie. Great reviewer. Really appreciates great music.
You should review "Dirty Deeds done dirt cheap" older AC/DC with Bon Scott. Pay attention to his pitch (or lack thereof).
🎉❤
Back from the days when lyrics meant something.
It's easy to get rid of the mike noise. You turn the mike off and use the overhead to record. That's why there's no accentuation and it sounds somewhat mundane. There's only so much you could do back then to enhance the recording. Much of the work was done on-site and with one or two takes. They didn't play around with it back then. You either had it, or they would hire someone who did.
AIC unplugged was so good for me that it ruined the studio version of this and Sludge factory etc.....This is so good emotionally that some of the studio stuff comes off flat
❤
I love Maggie
His voice is so beautiful. It's even nicer when you're not saying over top of it.
I think that the reason why Layne was so good is he actually never forced or tried for that perfect clean timbre....It was relatable to the human emotion as obv its not perfect either
Would love you to react to the Moody Blues song “Knights in White Satan” and Emerson, Lake and Palmer song “Lucky Man”. You will love them both, especially the orchestra version of the Moody Blues song.
I was 18 when I was lucky enough to see Pink Floyd in concert in 1994 , Div Bell Tour. Then in 99 I got to see an evening with Roger Waters. Then in 2006 Roger Waters N America tour . For all you young Floyd fans , when Roger does his last tour and he most certainly will , be sure to get a ticket ahead of time and do not miss it.
love this song thev first song that comes up when you search journey. as i think its there most popular song even now
Been an Elvis fan since I was super young. Just a crazy talent lost way too soon.
ME 2 ….
Got to be in the top 5 best banjo players of all time
«The only voice in the pop/rock-field I wished I had, was the voice of Elvis Presley». Quote from world famous opera singer, Placido Domingo. In 1994, when the hysteria around «the three tenors» (Jose Carreras, Luciano Pavarotti and Placido Domingo), was at it’s peak, they were to appear in the LA olympics. The guys, all with an ego, was having an argument, and Pavarotti was heard saying, «who do you think you are, Elvis Presley..?». Elvis’ voice was a total miracle, taking on all genres, with ease, without ever having a lesson or vocal training.
