  Hi, I bought the 125SE today and exactly same issue - even with my biker boots its very hard to shift it for me as an adult : / I really need to try hard and focus, loosing a lot of moment, and hurting my feet. Certainly not well made. Cant imaging my son being able to shift. Rest of the bike is awesome. I was surprised how well it can handle my 86kgs and how powerful it is.

  I replaced mine on a MAsh black seven 125 injection but I cannot find the values is should be set the manual I have of my motorbike doesn't say it

  Mine is a cheap plastic one, without a rebuild kit, and no book manual. Craftsman sure went even cheaper.

  Good overview! I bought my GP White '80 SC in 2016, ironically, from Cleveland, and had to ship it to Texas. I like ride height you've set it at, I put bolt-on spacers on the rear wheels to fill out the rear arches better, until I got a set of 7/8s. I'm so jealous of the slicktop 😆

  Great job and if you wanted to you could get more of the wrinkles out once it’s been sat on for a while and moulded itself. Incidentally, the cover looks like a giant chocolate button 😋.
