Great idea with the tail light. Front light looks ace with the streamline indicators really neat job

Sir this is a brilliant series. I'm a week away from buying an xr250r as well, on which I want to hook turning signals and everything. Do you have the original stator or did you have to install an aftermarket performing better?

Good job. I had the same year 400. Basically the same. Take a look at the back of your frame near the footpegs. There are drain holes in the frame there. They are located higher than the lowest point of the frame. If water gets in the the water just sits inside the frame. That was how my frame rusted out. Worth taking a look :)

where do you get your parts from ,i have the same one as you but i can't find part's for it?

You have the light wired to the stater and to the battery? Am I missing a video where you did that? Did you run the stock headlight wires into the headlight and the control system?

On your front brake on the pistons do you have like black cap on top of that piston or not? I have XR 400 R and i have only one and i couldnt find yet what that cap is for or if need it on. Btw. Very nice video :)

@@Johnnysshop Yeah i had only one on one piston so i took it out with screw it was some little metal plate looking like cap of the beer in the glass :)

hey do u still know what levers u used?

Please re-route the front brake line....it goes inside the leg to the caliper. Mine came the same way as yours did!

Your chain is way too tight I can hear it when you spun the rear wheel.
