The game has action commands that rely on you pushing a button on time. With half the frames, those timings get a lot harder. You say it's very easy to hit the action commands, but your only going off of the original with 60 FPS. Halving the frames will only make it harder. We should be mad they are doing this. Nintendo has NEVER been a graphics are everything company. They have always prided themselves on good gameplay over graphics. Yet now for some reason they are now focusing on graphics and giving us games that don't run good. 13:44 But saying that the switch can't run Paper Mario at 60 FPS, when the GAMECUBE could, is just asinine. There is no reason why a Gamecube which is over 15 years old can run a game better than a switch game.

From the moment I saw the trailer. I was happy for everything. Now I have origami king and I do kind of like it but I haven't beat it yet. I have sticker star. I don't really like what they did with it. I never played. The one with the pain. I can't even remember the name. But 1000 years old is one of my favorite games ever and I love everything that they did with the remake. I plan to get it day one if possible. The other people online, just needs to cool their jets. Guys, I'm gonna say something that Arlo said in his video. Paper Mario 1000 year door is back. Paper Mario is back, and that is a good thing.

My first paper Mario was sticker star, and yes I know how everyone feels about it, but I enjoyed it. I’m pretty sure I beat it too, I’m currently playing the first one on the switch online, and loving it. I probably will buy the TTYD, after I finished the first one though.

One thing you forgot to mention. When you get the spike shield and ice shield badges, you can jump on spiked enemies and fire enemies. Those really come in handy.

When Derrick Bitnerd was at GameXplain he live-streamed all of the Paper Mario games when he left GameXplain he put his streamed playthrough playlists on his YT channel Bitnerd Games I've watched them a lot except I started watching Andre Segers of GameXplain Sticker Star playlist since Derrick hated Sticker Star. When Sthe remake comes I hope Andre does a streamed playthrough playlist of it I'll start watching it and stop watching the Gamecube version.

These are some very good tips especially for new players playing Paper Mario The Thousand Year Door Remake for the first time. One of the best in this has to be the contact lens quest when I was younger I remember seeing it in a walkthrough of the game that said it was really important to order in the shop ahead of time before Chapter 1 to access Rogueport's West Side a bit quicker.

I am never complaining about Paper Mario ever again. We are getting what is considered to be the greatest Paper Mario game ever remade and it’s all what the classic fans have been asking for and it’s all I could ever want and at this point, if Nintendo decides to return to their new Paper Mario formula of new, experimental games like Sticker, Color and Origami, I’ll be alright with it and if they truly return to form like TTYD and the original or even Super Paper Mario, I’ll be more than happy but also chill about it because no matter the outcome after this remake drops, I’ll be content and happy with just that since they finally returned to this amazing game and made it better than it could ever be. And that’s something I couldn’t ever trade. Can’t wait to share this wonderful game with others and I will certainly not sell or trade my Switch nor this TTYD remake. It’s too precious to me and it’s meant to be shared. Thank you Nintendo for listening and delivering. I can die a happy Paper Mario fan and you will no longer hear me complain about the series ever again. Thank you.

11:36 There ARE but you can find the Missing Logs in Frankly's Trash. The Atomic Boo being the best example as you can easily Miss the Mini-Boss Fight if you don't use the Super Hammer on the Boos in Creepy Steeple a Few Times. I missed it on my first playthrough As I wasn't aware it existed.

I feel like if Dark Moon were to have been non mission based and instead each masion was like the orriginal luigis mansion it would have been the best game in the series. I hope that that is what luigis mansion 4 is like.

The most important thing to stress for new players is for them to keep their expectations tempered. People have hyped this game up like it's the second coming of Christ for 20 years, and now that it's being exposed to a much wider audience many people are likely going to be disappointed with what it ultimately is. If you're an avid RPG fan this game is still great but really not that much better than many other RPGs. I feel it's reputation preceding it will be this remake's downfall in the eyes of many.
