Sandeep ji your video is very helpful. I was bed bound due to some injury and now I am doing this sequence and it is helping in strengthening my body. Thank you. It will be helpful if you could make some video on strengthening the lower back.

I liked all the videos posted on this channel. All asanas are explained very clearly. They are so many videos by foreign countries but not much videos from Indian people, even though Yoga is from India. Happy to see this channel which is maintaining a very good standard. I usually watch youtube yoga videos for my 45-1hr daily practice. Can you please make such videos which are like 1 full yoga class. Thank you

Namaste Damodar Shenoy ji. It will totally depend on body type. For most of the people these Stretching should be enough.
Do you only have teachers training programs or is there courses where one can learn yoga for our individual benifit...
