    Thanks for the post master Sadhguru yogi I have been doing yoga Asana since as young as 5 through my grandpa. I can touch my forehead with my toes while standing and I'm 6'3 in height.     Amazing practice! Even though I’ve learnt few other yoga practices from Isha, this is one of the practices I do regularly! Helps me to stretch upper back and lower back and relieve stiffness because of sitting for long hours
