Thank you for teaching yoga to many. I became your subscriber. It would really be great if you could also include how many times/round is ideal to do. I would also like if you add yogasanas for breast diseases, Gynae disorders and thyroid malignant nodule diseases or cancer etc. so that its easy to search for anyone like me dealing with chronic illnesses.
Very nice!

Thank you. Nice explanation and video editing. You have also made it easy for beginners. Just one suggestion: the frame can be more closer to you and exclude so much of the background. Becomes easier to watch on phone.

Well demonstrated and well explained.... One thing I wanted to ask is that when my right hand is above i am able to interlock both my palm fingers but not vice versa...Can this be improved with abhyasa or it is our body limitation which will always remain

Namaste Chhaya. Yes, this is a very common thing. Most of the time one side of the body is easier than the other. With practice we can overcome it. Thank you for watching the video Chhaya.
very well explained. I have subscribed sandeepji. I am doing several poses but some have sequences in the videos. but is there a sequence to do different asanas. means which kind of asanas can go first, then second part , third part and so on. can you kindly guide us on this as well

Namaste Bhavani Suresh ji. There can be various sequences. Here is one of it. 1 Loosening practice 2 Surya Namaskar 3 Standing asanas 4 Sitting asanas 5 Probe asanas 6 Supine asanas 7 Breathing practice 8 Meditation 9 Shavasana Then in asanas also it can vary which will come first and which next. We can be Creative and make our own sequence. Thank you. Take care

Sure, give us some time and we will.
Other than regular daily practice, how long should one stay in the pose?
@sandeepsolanki7868

Namaste Mohamad Osman ji. Initially the asanas should be held for about 15 to 20 seconds. With practice you can increase the duration upto to a minute. What is more important is that you should feel comfortable in the posture. You should be relaxed in the posture and breathe easily, deeply and comfortably.
Hello Sandeep Ji, that's a wonderful explanation of the pose! Thank you! Just a small clarification required, when I raise my right hand and try clasping it with my left it's very easy, however doing it the other way round is quite difficult for me to the extent that I barely manage to touch the fingertips. Should I use rope for my left side and do it without rope for the right?

Namaste Prateek Sircar ji. I can understand what you are taking about. Initially when i was new into yoga, i also had the similar problem. This is because, we usually use one side of our body more than the other. So there is an imbalance. I would suggest that the side that you find it difficult to do, repeat it two times. First with the help of the belt or a rope and second time without any help. As you will keep on practicing like this, the mobility of the joint will improve and it will start becoming easier. Thank you for watching our videos. More videos to come soon... Take care and God Bless...
