One part that confused me.. when practicing each part separately, what do we do with the other two segments of the torso? For example, if I am focusing on the clavicular part, what do I do with abdomen and ribcage? When it’s separated, is this simply to help us focus on each section? Or do we still let the abdomen pop out, ribcage expand, even though we are “focusing” on the clavicular area and its movement?

Separate practice is done so that we can do the entire practice together, in this you have to do all three abdomen, chest and clavicle breathing together.

  • @sandeepsolanki7868

Namaste First Preference ji. In our day to day life, our Breathing is quite shallow. On an average people use not more than 25 percent of their lung capacity. This Breathing allows the lungs capacity to increase and make the breathing fuller and complete, which is also a pre requisite for Pranayam. Also, this Breathing brings a nice coordination of body and mind, as you know that the breath works like a bridge to connect the two. It also helps in energizing and calming at the same time. There are many many benefits of it at all the levels. Usually, there is no contraindications. Thank you for watching our videos. Take care and God Bless.

Your awareness should be on it and breathe should be deeper ,longer and softer try to take soundless breathe .
