Hey everyone! 🤗 I'm sorry I've been uploading only one video the past few days! I was getting ready to go out of town, so I was super busy! I pre-recorded a bunch of videos for the week that I'll be gone, but I may not have access to internet while I'm here! some subtle things that may help you - notice Pyrrah's attitude when Mecury calls for a sparing match. She is excited. She is also disappointed when he forefits in the middle. Cinder was sewing - remember from "The World of Remnant" that sewing dust into clothing was an old style using dust.

I love how Molllyyy frowns immediately every time the villains are on the screen. The villains are written well if they impose a nervous dread on the audience every time they are on screen.

Just to clear some things up, Cinder was holding a needle at the end. She was sowing an outfit together. Rooster Teeth had to explain that to some people because the animation wasn't very clear about what she was doing.

Mercury is an extremely dangerous individual. Not only have we seen that he is a murderer, but in his fight with Pyrrha he barely showed anything about his fighting style while getting to see everything that Pyrrha can do (then immediately ended the fight before his own fighting style was exposed). Then he played it off as if he wasn't capable of beating Pyrrha at all, thereby making it so that people underestimate him in the future. And the worst part of it all, is that nobody suspects anything.

I love Jen Taylor. She was awesome as Cortana in Halo and she's equally awesome as a narrator. I could listen to her read a menu from a fast food restaurant all day.

We have seen Glynda using dust in its raw form in the first chapter. Remember when she was confronting Roman and Cinder, she threw something which formed a Ice-storm kinda thing, It was her using raw dust.

Sagnik Chakraborty yes indeed Glynda is the first raw dust user we see in the actual series, but Weiss also uses it raw and just stores it in her sword instead of using it like a bullet. We see that in the White Trailer first

Glynda also uses it sewn into her clothes. Every time she uses her abilities her cape lights up just like Cinders clothes do.

Think of Aura as hit points / health points in a fighting game and semblance as the "special attack" sort of.

Holy crackers, did I get first comment? Anyways. Aura isn't really just 'healing', it's more the prevention of injury. Everything with a soul has an aura... Semblances are a derivative of aura. If your aura is 'depleted' you can end up having severe injuries inflicted upon you (eg: the scars over weiss' eye) without the ability to easily heal them. In its 'passive' state it prevents injuries from things like getting hit by hammers swords or spears, or even gunshots (like the dust filled shells that ember celica uses).

I've always considered Aura, from a gamer's perspective, to be a combination health pool (like a shield, as Jaune said) and mana pool. Both taking damage and using your Semblance depletes your Aura until all that's left is you, your wits and your skill with a weapon.

What Aura actually does is it disperses and softens kinetic impacts, so that the "user" only feels a certain percentage of the impact of a blow, and piercing and slashing attacks aren't going to puncture your skin because the pressure is spread out. Aura has its limits, though, and particularly powerful attacks can breach it before it breaks completely.

Hey Molly, I discovered your videos a couple of days ago with your "history of the entire world, i guess" reaction. I really enjoyed your attitude, and decided to check out your channel. Just found your channel today and watched all the rwby videos, cant wait to see your reactions for the rest of it (especially volume 2's climax and volume 3 as a whole.)

So the woman in the World of Remnant bit, Jen Taylor, not only did the opening narration for the very first episode, but was also the actress who played the voice of Cortana in the Halo games. This is far from the last we'll hear of her because let's be honest, she does a bang-up job! Pyrrha's sparring match against Team CRDL, her title that Cinder mentions "The Invincible Girl", and a few other feats shown or talked about in previous chapters were to give us the impression that she is this nearly unbeatable warrior not unlike her inspiration, Achilles. Then while on the rooftop with Jaune, we get a glimpse of a more fragile side of her. (Arkos

Aura is both a "forcefield" to quote Jaune, but can also heal minor wounds and fortify equipment. As for dust - all their ammo is dust-based and as for raw form usage, that is how Weiss uses it, she just keeps it in cartridges built into her sword for ease of use.

Yes, a protective barrier emanating out from the soul of all living things. It can be taxed and depleted through trauma to the body from accidents or combat. The creatures of Grimm have no soul, therefore, no aura. Dust is an element found/mined that can be refined. Weiss describes it simply, when she first runs into Ruby, as energy. That's why everything in the world of Remnant is powered by Dust. In it's raw form, it is elemental energy (fire, ice, electricity, gravity, etc.). Refined, it can be used to power ships and androids and other things. Probably anything we see that's electronic is powered by dust (TVs, scrolls, computers, etc.).

Mercury is actually a really smart guy,the way he acts makes it easy for him to figure out his opponent, other than that I think he's a great character but that's just me, I love your reactions towards him xD

The face when Sun asks Blake to the dance = same; when Jaune mentions Weiss while having a romantic moment with Pyrrha = same as well (though for me more head+desk involved) xD Can't wait for the next episode reaction!

I'm pretty sure the only person we've seen use raw dust is Glynda (it makes sense since she can control it with her telekinesis semblence). Cinder uses dust woven into her clothing (notice her clothes light up when she attacks).

That was, as Weiss put it, mined and purified by the Schnee dust company. It looked like it was a powder and not a crystal, so not really in its natural form. Unless you are talking about when she went after Roman, he did toss a cut crystal at Ruby and shot it.

I think Weiss's use of dust counts as natural. Her sword stores the ground up dust in the hilt vials, but it doesn't shoot out the dust in bullets, and as you'll see later on, she does some stuff with it than goes beyond "Boom, I shot you, and the bullet exploded in ice that has probably frozen around you a bit."

We actually saw raw Dust usage in Volume 1 Episode 1, Glynda used storm Dust against Cinder and Roman's getaway ship. Also, just a heads up, but I hope you don't miss the special World of Remnants going forward. There are some that are harder to find. In any case, great video! Hope to see more soon.

BTW, an example of natural dust usage is when Ruby sneezes dust when she first arrives at Beacon and causes an explosion.

I've now watched all your reactions on RWBY, and I plan on watching everything that follows. I found you randomly on accident, but I'm glad I did. You're definitely my favourite reactor, I love how you make comments before and after the episode. Before, on what has happened and what you think will happen. And after, your analysis of what happened and what you think will happen next. It's really interesting getting to hear your thought process throughout watching the show. Can't wait to see you again, continuing, after you've come back from your travels.

Roman used dust in it's natural form when he threw it at Ruby in the first episode. He used his gun to ignite it.

I am glad to see you were just as frustrated with the Arkos moments as i was watching through. And to answer your questions, no, a semblance cannot be taken from an individual, and at the end of the episode, it was a needle Cinder was holding, she was sowing her dress, and why she is will be revealed in a few episodes after the dance. Oh and P.S. there is one more episode and then the dance episode. Cant wait to see how you react to this next episode!

actually blakes clones are her semblance, but SPOILER she can make them elemental with dust like we see in V2 E11

Aura is their personal self, Symbalised is the personalized use of aura. It's the stat lets you cheat the power use.

To describe Aura, as Jaune put it, "It's like a force field!!"

Though I don't support the Weiss x Jaune ship(Lancaster or Arkos FTW), and her position(considering likely past experience) is understandable, I find this statement amusing all around, mainly because, although it's likely just infatuation, Jaune's interest in Weiss has absolutely _nothing_ to do with her last name. He's interested in Weiss, not Schnee.

I'm not sure where the confusion over aura started, but it isn't exactly healing so much as protection from taking damage.

hey as many others have probably already told you and you noticed yourself, your reaction to episode 6 was blocked. that's not something you'll have to worry about a lot, it's not a Rooster Teeth issue, just a KZread issue! ^^ you can repeal the block/copyright claim, nothing will happen to your channel, since RT are very chill with copyright and have nothing against reactions. they'll review your video and remove the block, the copryright claim is just going to stay, but that doesn't matter, the video will be free for everyone again. it's KZread's weird autoblocking system doing the blocking in the first place, it has not a lot to do with RT themselves. all of us in the rwby fandom have to deal with that once in a while with our reactions, it happens :D

I think all bullets are made of dust. Just certain types can be bought.
