So you're aware, I heard tell on another channel that had a blocked RWBY video that "Rooster Teeth LLC" is possible a fake claim. The proper one is "Rooster Teeth Productions LLC". You should get in contact with Rooster Teeth directly (possibly with Barbara Dunkelman) on Twitter. I hope you come back and do more! Thanks for all the videos, and don't let copyright claims get you down. It's happened to almost every reactor I've seen.

Yeah, the video got copyright claimed. Something very similar happened over at the "Spaz Boys Comedy" channel with one of their videos. It's still a bit unclear as to why RT claims have been coming up more recently. Most reactors have been watermarking or removing music to avoid it.

They don't need to add watermarks or remove music. Just if a video is removed contact roosterteeth and they normally get the claim removed within a few days

Hey Molly. Hope everything's okay with you. I just found your channel yesterday and just now realised you've been MIA for a while. Subscribed anyway, hope you come back some day. Best of luck with everything in your life!

Oh and one small thing that most people don't recognize. At the end of Volume 2 Chapter 5, Cinder has a needle. If you watched the World of Remnants for dust, you know that some people use dust in their clothes. So basically Cinder made the outfit for this episode and that is how her weapons come out of nowhere and her outfit lights up.

The whole episode btw is a hint at what fairy tale character Cinder is based off. If you don't know: Mercury saying she should be home by midnight. Her switching clothes and leaving a glass mask behind. The 12 chimes at the end. Take a closer look at the tattoo on her back, part it in the middle and rotate each side 90 degrees upward and be amazed.

If you will recall, back in Chapter 3, Weiss and Ruby visit that exact same tower that Cinder broke into. Weiss explained that the tower is the only thing that lets Vale talk to the other Kingdoms, and then makes the call to Schnee Dust Company HQ in Atlas from the same room that Cinder fought Ruby in. Now think about it: why would a villain want to mess with a communications tower that is Vale's only means of talking to the other Kingdoms?

JNPR got the White Rook pieces (I'M QUEEN OF THE CASTLE!) The piece shown is the Black Queen (Queen has Pawns). Note that when she "hacked" the terminal that the piece showed up on all the rest of the terminals in the room. The piece showing up again at the end is just a way to show us that whatever she did, it's still there, keep an eye out for it again in the future.

For the record, JNPR got rook (castle) pieces. RWBY took knight (horse) pieces. The symbol on the screen after Cinder's hacking was a Queen - the most powerful Chess piece.

The chess piece at the end was actually a Queen. Team JNPR had a Rook. If you remember back to the last episode of Volume one, Ozpin receives a message from "qrow" stating "Queen has pawns".

Great reaction as usual Molllyyy. There at the end, the chess piece that flashed was the queen. If you'll remember then end of volume 1 Ozpin got a message that read "The queen has pawns" .What you saw flash on the computer screen at the end was her symbol, the queen.

I always liked this episode because of the Jaune/Weiss relationship. Those are my two favorite characters and this is the episode where they actually become friends. Jaune gives her, and his own happiness, up so that she can be happy with a different guy which was more important to him. Weiss in turn realizes Jaune never cared about her name or title and he just sincerely is a caring friend who wants what's best for her. The look she gives him after Neptune reveals Jaune is the reason he came to talk to her is one of my favorite scenes in the series. She no longer looks down on him.

Oh yay! I'm glad the audio fiasco got sorted out! Glad you're digging back in.

Molllyyy's back Back again Yeah she's back Tell a friend.... The "you should probably be home by midnight" line is a reference also to Cinder's character inspiration of Cinderella. (If you look at her back tattoo it's a pair of heels...) At 12:41 you can see a cameo in the background. The two DJ's for the dance? Gold and silver helmets. It's an homage to EDM musical group *Daft Punk*. Also, Monty himself did the motion capture for the Team JNPR dance sequence. Also massive kudos for realizing what Cinder was doing (hacking in) in the tower.

Good reaction as always! This definitely made my day better 😀. And this is where I have an alternative way that the episode ran in my mind. Jaune confronted Neptune on the dance floor which embarrassed Weiss so she went up to the balcony and her and Pyrrha talked and then that made North Pole happen lol! I still think they go so well together! I actually have a picture by an artist that has them together at the dance! Looking forward to the next RWBY reaction!

RWBY got the White Knight piece, JNPR got the White Rook piece, team CRDL got the Black Bishop. Later Qrow sends the message to Ozpin saying "Queens has Pawns". There are so many small details in this show that I love. One of which, that passes over most people's heads, is 8:23 that Cinder has until midnight.

Hey, so I just binged your entire react series and I thought I was going to have to stop at the last episode, but then this one literally just came out and I celebrated way harder than I probably should've. I'm really loving the series, and its become my favorite reaction so far (I've gone through A LOT of reactions). I look forward to seeing you go through the rest of the series. Watching it with you is probably the 6th time I've re-watched the series so I've gotten to know it pretty well, so if you see my comments i'll try to answer as many questions as I can without spoiling anything :) That being said, Just wanted to mention a couple things that may have been confusing and/or some cool facts with wasting as little time as possible. First off, you may have know this before but almost every character is inspired by a fairytale or myth. Obvious examples are Ruby is red Riding hood, and Weiss is Snow White. Less obvious ones are such as Sun Wukong who's inspired by Sun Wukong in Journey to the East (both human-monkey hybrids who wield a staff) and Nora who's inspired by Thor (think big hammer). Secondly, aura isn't quite healing, rather the life energy that derives from a person's soul used as a shield from attacks, and some even think its an energy source to charge certain semblances. Speaking of which, Semblances are abilities people are born with. For example Weiss can summon her glyphs which can be used to stop or propel objects, as well as further uses such as the time dilation seen in the Mech fight (the gears glyph used on Blake). Semblances and auras aren't quite fully defined, but the directors of RWBY said they plan to go more in depth into the subject so hopefully we'll all get our answers soon. And with that information dump i'll leave you with some fun facts. So in an interview with Barbara Dunkleman (Yang's voice actor) she said that Monty described her character as "someone who would teach a person how to swim by pushing them into the water." Something I laughed at for awhile personally. Also, there are already some big name voice actors and actresses in the first two volumes, but as you move into the rest of the series there are some really big names that'll show up. I'll point them out as they come along. Just wanted to say that i'm loving the series and I definitely subbed so I'll know when when you get the next episodes out. Love your reactions, so wrapped up in the ships and so tensed out by Cinder etc. The symbol on Cinder's back is two shoes - her fairy tale is played out in this episode (Cinderella): her outfit changes at the stroke of midnight, the crunch of glass representing losing the glass slipper but her 'dance' is with Ruby not Prince Charming (Jaune). And fun fact - the dance routine was motion captured by Monty Oum... he put out a few alternate versions online with different characters doing the dance.

She forgot the "I'm queen of the castle" that Nora singed when she took the relic...

You're correct. I think it was an animation error that RT didn't catch. It actually "flickers" back and forth several times during the fight, sometimes even mid shot. I believe that when RWBY was added to Netflix, RT went back and corrected the error.

Volume 2 had the bad luck of being active at the same time the RT animation department was undergoing expansion and reorganization. As a result, several of the episodes were rushed to meet the release schedule, leading to a marked increase in release delays and animation errors. Actually, the World of Remnant episodes were an attempt to counteract all that; by making one episode a month relatively low-effort, it gave the department a chance to play catch up, at least in theory (from what I remember, it didn't work that well). Fortunately, that was all taken care of by Volume 3.

The entire scene with Cinder had animation errors. Bad running and jumping across roof animations, and the disappearing and reappearing mask. But the FNDM tends to ignore it, just because the animation studio was fairly new and mistakes like that happens. Can't be perfect all the time.

If you remember, earlier, Ozpin received a message from a Qrow, saying "The queen has pawns" That symbol was a black queen from chess. So no, JNPR's piece was a Rook. I'd like to think that Yang did more dancing off-screen, but remember that she was one of the planners. It's likely that she may not have had time for more than one dance, and she used it to cheer up her friend. Pyrrha is super cool, and I wish they'd use her more in the next season. She didn't get much screen time last season, compared to Ruby.

Honestly the message Ozpin received didn't feel like it was connected to the plot apart from telling us that mastermind has minions.... though maybe that's just because I don't understand what the message means. Personally I think she should concentrate to find the Black Queen Chesspiece anytime she can though I guess it will be a while until it plays into effect.
