As a guy beat up from a lifetime of contact sports and lifting, I find that this stuff is extending my shelf life a bit. Nice vid

thanks. this is the best 360 video tutorial I've seen, and it helped me a lot.

Yet again another quality video from one of the leads in mace training. I am fairly new to mace training. I like all types of mace training, including the flow systems. Find using the flow style is great to cut weight and increased cardio. However the traditional style is amazing for strength and power building. I particularly like the mace shovel which I first discovered through wolf brigade. Never seen it done, great carry over for KB swings, deadlifts, build upper body strength and stability in the shoulders. Keep posting the informative vids. Spot on. 👍

Awesome tutorial! Is it just me or is there a constant popping in the back ground? I don't see the end piece attachment for the shouldeRok. When will it be available? How much does it weigh?

Sweet turned weight for the Rok. So much more refined in appearance than just using plates. A stackable system like the old Strongfort Jr. in that form would be really slick. Love my ROK, money well spent for anyone with shoulder issues.

What do you recommend for hand placement or is it not a big deal which hand goes on top?

if youre bringing the mace over your right shoulder, you want your left hand on top of your right and vice versa for the other side. if you wana make the the exercise harder, bring both hands close to the bottom, if you want it easier, space your hands out one closer to the top, one closer to the bottom

Do you use magnesium or chalk or something to help your grip?
