Mine just arrived this evening. It is challenging to say the least. I look forward to trying it SAFELY outdoors this weekend. I think recording myself will be necessary to help get the mechanics down. So far I'm swinging slow and awkward. I am super pleased with the quality of the tactical. It was worth the wait.

You have probably answered your question by now, but @ 10:45 he says to use preworkout. In another video he also recommends postworkout for recovery. I benefit from both greatly.

Choudhary Karan Sangwan the entire world is based around building upon prior art. You and everyone you love are either guilty of doing this, or guilty of using something that does this, without giving that credit. Furthermore, there is no “our”. That’s a sick way of thinking of it. He’s mentioned many times what the prior art for this is. I and others would never personally buy an Indian club (where would I even get one) but he’s built one that works better, is more durable, customizable, and is helping people live more healthily. You can choose at any time to live a healthy and happy life, rather than to be wrapped up in the identity of who you think your people are.... but there are bigger things to worry about than worrying about what people took from other people that are not you.

@rey Wright The difference is the guy in the video is acting like he invented something lmao. His product is shlt and there are already actual steel maces on the market. And they've been around in various cultures for thousands of years. He's a charlatan.
