This is a great underrated stretch. My ankles are so tight. Great explanation. And wow he has really nice looking bare feet.

Her pistol is probably the best one I’ve seen so far, with regards to keeping a neutral spine. Still, I wonder if it’s possible to work more on flexibility and mobility to be able to do it with a completely neutral spine.

So great. More pls. Also sitting on the floor. Like yoga 🧘‍♀️and walking. As I get older I notice landing on hills of the foot instead of middle of the foot. Is that because of weak core?

If you have something like straight back syndrome where your thoracic spine is straight like a rocket, too extended, and need more kyphosis in the thoracic area or flexion instead of extension associated with forward head going the other way, anterior pelvic tilt, and scapula winging due to straight back, what muscle groups should you work on first to fix these problems? Thanks

Excellent video. I'm finding that this is exactly what I need to handle steel-hard ankle and foot cramps that are hard to release as they involve different muscles that involve both kinds of flexion to release.

what if i have the opposite problem, What about pain with flexion? when doing walking dumbbell lunges with right leg & b stance rdls & 90 90 leg lifts on the right internally rotated leg I get lower back pain only on the right side on lower back above right glute?? during hip flexion on right leg when I do a standing knee raise only on my right side i can feel my hip hike up with my hand so when pushing off that leg with load is what i assume that same thing happens which possibly causes the pain.
