Quite nice. The grabbing also work on each metatarsal bone, like separating each finger

Hi, I've had patellafemoral pain syndrome and maltracking of both my knees for several years. I have low arches and overpronate when during gait. My knees internally rotate during gait, also making my tibia and femur internally rotate as well. I keep getting told by physiotherapists to strengthen my hips, but I've spent months trying all sorts of exercises to strengthen them, but the knee pain and clicking never goes away. I spent 2 weeks trying tibial mobilization and some back pain I've been experiencing for years disappeared. If I take a step during gait and try to form an arch by not allowing my foot to overpronate, or if I create an arch in my foot when standing, my tibia, knee and femur all look correctly aligned with each other, but the whole leg collapses inwards when I allow my foot to overpronate. Another thing I also have is a severe lack of hip internal rotation (about 5-10 degrees). I don't know what is causing this, but I've tried different exercises for several weeks to increase hip internal rotation which only last until the next day when I notice I've lost any internal rotation that I had gained the previous day. Do you have any idea what could be the problem? Thanks for your help.
