Love these instruction videos! Also the lvl2 certfication video. learnt a ton out of that. Have been doing so many reps last 2 weeks, still having a hard to connecting everything together though. But doing every single movement and 2 or 3 together is going great for now. Switching between the 4 and 8 kg mace.

Thanks Leo for the journey! Really awesome. Just started Mace work and just been doing 360's and 10 - 2 ... working with 6kg and 8kg... we got some 10-12-15kg but i want to work on the basic first before going there i think.

BRAND new Mace and club owner. Coming from a Bodybuilding/Strongman background. I had some health issues and had to cut 25lbs. I lost SIZE, strength, and my mental well-being. I'm trying to learn individual movements and some flow. I'll take a look at Leos clips, seemed like I learned more here in 6 mins than the hour I put into reading about it.

Erik Melland is the grandmaster certifying everyone now. Love that your teaching this! I think he now advanced it and calls the training Viking ninja.

TURTLEY SHELLTASTIC. The mace was around way before Erik. I actually found an old ass book written by Jake Shannon. All of the moves erik taught are in here. Ballistic curls, uppcuts, 360, now and arrows etc... Erik does not support me or the people who swing mace like me. Sad.....

Good info. I think there was some safety issue with some of the swings, not in the movement itself like you do, but the risk for injury with sloppy technique by novice users was too high. I think some people feel the goal is to swing the giant mace, this kind of thinking could make the advanced moves more dangerous. Difference of opinion I guess. Love the tats btw. Did he teach it to the more advanced classes?

I’m not sure why I hate this video so much. Is it that he’s taking forever to show anything? Is it the unnecessarily sharp exhales well after the exercise movement has been completed? IDK, but after 3:12 & not seeing anything other than 2 types of curls I’m just gonnna save myself from this & keep it moving 🤙👋

You realize and see the title it says EDUCATIONAL? It doesnt say " macebell workout with Leo displaying his MAD skillz n fluidity ". Several vids i see him with MOVES n such and you find this one to complain about due to lack of " excercise substance " to your liking...smh
