Another great video. The 25-pounder is a lot heavier than most people think. Impressive.

This is an amazing display of neuromuscular control with a 25# Mace Bell working slow and controlled movement with conscious displays of "position before transition". Live in the flow! Thank you for the inspiration. Namaste

love the slow intentional movements, and your positioning of the feet before the lunges; really solid

I finally got to use my gyms 25 lb mace today. It was definitely a different type of training. I sure didn't look as smooth as you :) but hoping to get there.

    Oof. I have a 10, 15, 20 and 25#, so I know how intense that 25 is. Nice 1-handed 360s.

Nice flow! But some constructive critacism, ive watched 2 of your mace flows. I cannot help but notice you dominately use your right side, without doing complementary moves on your left to get an even workout. But you are already ripped so ima trust you know what youre doing, prolly just flowing for funs!?

Kane Nine I am just flowing man. Thanks for the criticism. You say I use on hand more then the other.. I believe you. Such is life. If you where going to wield a weapon which hand would you practice with most? What is displayed online is my personal journey. I practice my craft more then I post. My off camera training my be something you identify with more. Reps suck- free your flow

Leo Urquides Respectable brother! I just recently got one, and greatly enjoy the unconventional workout. Guess i havent really even tried to flow. I always do one side and make sure to swap and hit the other side. Ive been cooped up and not alot of room to swing indoors for winter. Im sure when spring rolls around ill go flow in the sunshine. Indoors i have just enough room for safe 360s :P im sure ill be watching more of ya. And good point on the if it was your weapon youd train one side. But a super good warrior would be evenly skilled in my opinion ;) hard to do though i know.

Kane Nine Hey Kane. I've been swinging my mace for about 5 years now. I started out using sledgehammers. I live in Texas were it gets over 100 degrees. I'm outside swinging. Even do it in the winter!!! I like taking it to the park as well. Have a great one.
