Me too 😁 I worked in medical billing and the attire was business casual. Was also complimented on my outfits which I bought at 2nd Ave consignment shops . They’re everywhere!! I got the nicest clothes , shoes , dressy boots and accessories, at pennies on the dollar. I’m now retired , but still visit 2nd Ave , not just for clothes but all kinds of goodies for my home . Check it out , there’s bound to be one in your neck of the woods . ❤️❤️😘😘

I bought a Skirt suit from a Charity Shop over 20 years ago, I've lost count of the compliments I've received from young people and older ones when I wear it. I agree about recycling clothes. Perhaps it's the fact when I was young, Clothing was, rationed, one garment a year. We looked after our clothes.

I am a pensioner in England and I have the same trainers as Catherine and they cost jus £40 which is really cheap trainers. She buys from high street shops and wears clothes she has worn before. She was only part of the royal family for less then two years and she spent more then the whole royal family put together in one year.

It seems that Megaliar is a complete lost cause. When you go to a Designer, they measure, every inch of you . They create the garment and you go for fittings to make it fit you perfectly. Since she has Bats in her Belfry, she did not understand that. She slapped a Seamstress across the face and screaming the F word. She has been banned from every Designer. So now she has over £2,000,000 non fitting Designer clothes. She ALWAYS looks like she sleeps in her clothes.

She often wears the off-the-shoulder, heavily draped, criss-cross pleated, always white or cream, knock-off of a famous Princess Diana dress-top. But it does not suit her build - and she wears them too tight. But I'm sure it, and everything else she copies, is breathtakingly expensive.

I went to an official military event here in Oz a couple of years ago. I was wearing a gorgeous coat which was the bargain of the century ($10 on the sale rack in Target). One of the other women there from the Sydney hoy poloy asked me where I got the coat. Naughtily I said I bought it in Europe and she replied “I thought so. You can always tell European quality”. Made my day. Don’t have to spend a lot of money to look stunning!🇦🇺🇦🇺🇦🇺

She is a fake, a bad illusion. No sense of style.ot taste, and the awful hair does her no favors. To long and strangely odd. Does she ever look in mirror. The hairdo is about 3 to 4 years out of date. Read see spends 400 or more a week. Definitely not getting her money's worth. Always looks dirty.

Even the Invictus Foundation had to pay them to appear at the games, so disgusting what with making money for themselves from Netflix it is so disgusting.

The prices .Meghan spends on her clothes is OBSCENE. Especially for someone who delights in judging everyone else and telling them how to live. You also get the feeling that if Catherine and William were to (God forbid, go broke, they would NOT lose their taste) I have shopped in thrift stores forever! At least since I was in college. This sounds egotistical, but I never looked THAT bad. You have to know your body type and skin tone PS. Catherine would have looked great in the white Diana bodysuit, she has the length of waist to pull it off.

With people that have a ton of money, they shouldn’t be having charities pay for their wardrobe, especially their own charities. That takes away the money that actually could go for people that need these charitable donation programs! I love your program on Royal News! They should not be taking any money from charities either as expense or attendance fees, this is why they should be removed from having any association with the invictus games at all.

The whole issue of how their appearance has been funded is a big issue for me so I feel your frustration. As patron of Invictus Harry is supposed to be there to benefit the foundation. You are not supposed to profit from a patronage. And the jacket worn by the Duchess of Cambridge to the visit to the DEC was high street - £250 from Reiss and she’s worn it before (last Sept). She also tends to wear clothes from other high street brands such as Zara. The stunning red jacket she wore on tour was Zara. Great video again x

Yes, that rumour has been around quite a while. It would not surprise me if she has not got a lot of "loaned" jewellery , never returned. As she always knew she was not staying in the royall family, from even before the marriage, as she and her husband admitted, I believe she will have been squirreling away everything she can get her hands on!

Hi Brittany! Loved this video! I heard a saying, "Money talks, wealth whispers", and it seems to be so very true. HW doesn't do subtle, it's all about "look at me and my designer stuff!". I think you're right about them burning through money, I just hope the IG didn't pay for any of her stuff, but we'll never know.

What made me laugh was that she tried to replicate Catherine’s photo that was taken of her in the car with a mask on at Prince Philips’ funeral. Catherine looked absolutely beautiful, that photo was a thousand words of the feelings throughout the day, the Queen alone was obviously the iconic photo. M just will not stop trying to one up on everyone else.🙄

She felt that (allegedly) it was a picture that describes how they all felt on that day. The pandemic, the death of PP & worldwide sadness of not being able to be physically close to those in need.

She needed a coat holder (also now I’m questioning my ability to pull off camel 😬😳🤣) TBO though I really liked her fashion choices and style when she first started dating Harry and in their engagement. Then when she started getting fancier her choices started getting stranger.

Interesting video. I totally agree with you. She never gets it right, I never understand it. The question does need to be answered, who paid for her clothes. They have made people wary about charities, and where the money goes. I wouldn't give a penny to anything they are involved with.

That is why Catherine always looks immaculate. Catherine tailors items right before she wears them. Even pieces she has worn before she will get them re-tailored to fit her body right then. Also I love how Catherine will mix high street as well as designer in the same outfit. But my favorite is that she will re-wear items several times even if the items are more than 10 years old. Such as her favorite brown boots that she has had since 2005 and have had re-soled.

That nail necklace she wore with the bodysuit was over $30,000

I was born and raised in the territory of Hawai'i a few years before statehood, and I am sad that they call Honolulu a"designer " capital... I have an issue with not knowing where she got the money for those outfits. Idk why she couldn’t just wear Invictus branded items during the day. And then the opening ceremony Marybeth wearing something more evening. But the amount of $$ spent is outrageous for a charity event. I would be infuriated as a veteran to see this. Cause I know most are probably living on a fixed income as they’re probably getting disability. And I get disability for other issues and I don’t make half this. I barely make $30k a yr from disability. Also I’m sure these brands are shaking their heads or maybe upset that if she did get some for free, that she looked so awful in them. She’s always been about the brand and not about what flatters her when she joined the royal family. I think she’s mistaken on how much they’re truly worth. That they are frugal because they have to think about optics, the long game financially and that when they do show up to charity events, that they don’t make the appearance about the clothes. That the spotlight is on the charity and not them. Cause that’s the whole point of being the patron. You use your name to bring in the money but you don’t overshadow the charity in it’s whole! And MM did that! It wasn’t the Invictus games it was the MM and Harry show. I felt bad for the veterans! They sacrificed for their countries for this? Come on! And if they got an appearance fee? That’s just the cherry on the crap cake! Cause I’ve read that they did get an appearance fee, and that Netflix paid for 4 stylists. Which she clearly didn’t listen to. Cause you can suggest but you can’t make the person wear the look. All of it stinks. And it sucks most for the veterans. It makes me sad for them because I don’t see the games lasting much longer unless someone comes in and saves it. Also I wouldn’t be surprised if MM hasn’t burned through most of Harry’s inheritance by now. If not all. And yes I’ve seen that the Obamas are leaving Spotify and that MM wants to leave now. Since they’re such close friends. Like they are with the Beckhams. All of it was awful. I loved the video. Loved your opinions and questions. Cause I agree if they don’t start being transparent? The questions won’t stop.

It's a question that they need to answer, because she spent more, perhaps, than she did even on tour. They have money, but the amount she spent is utterly obscene, especially for a charity event. Also, they probably won't get the full payout until after the content is completed, whatever that happens to be. Where the money came from to pay for her outfits needs to be answered, especially as they keep pushing their pseudo royal status. If they let that go, then I think they'll be in a better place. I agree with you. She should have worn Invictus gear and trainers. Attending sports events is something the royals do all the time, so she should have numerous examples of how it is done. Just look at how laid-back Big King Will of the Netherlands was dressed for the closing ceremony, and the Dutch royals can be very flamboyant when the occasion requires it. In this case, I found her display of shoes and hand jewelry especially offensive because she was displaying them among people who in general lacked one limb or more to wear shoes or jewelry on. And the average old-age pension in the UK is £ 9339 per year, and I assume veterans' pensions would be something similar. Meaning that her wardrobe for the event could have paid for 6 UK veterans for a year.

She probably wanted some glam outfits because she doesn't get invited to any glam events

That's it. She thinks everything is about her. That is why she didn't make it as a Royal. The Royals bring focus to the charity and with her she wants the focus on her.

Our Catherine is amazing… and will rock up in the English rugby outfit, or sailing, and looks amazing! Like you said…wear the Invictus clothing Meagain 👍

Camel hair was a material, really soft and luxurious that my parents used to wear…..in the Midwest in the winter. I think it’s odd that she would choose camel with her skin tone also. It’s not complementary in the least. She needs an advisor.

Why you don't keep quiet

As many pairs of sunglasses I go through in a few months I won't pay over 5 bucks for them!! I break them, lose them, scratch them, conveniently misplace them way too much to spend a fortune for a pair lol

You make great sense. She has no sense of fashion whatsoever. The expensive clothes lose their value the moment she puts it on. Wearing all the jewelry is a snub to the RF saying she doesn’t need them. She could never afford the cost of even the smallest piece of the jewelry owned by the Royal Family.

The Invictus Foundation had so many bad comments about them on the website they had to turn off the comments.

They did, which is sad for the soldiers but shows that Harry is now a liability and not an asset for the Games.

I think when Harry starts questioning her about spending habits she breaks down in crocodile tears and talks about how depressed she is from all the misinformation about her that 65yr olds armed with tomatoes share. And the only thing that helps is a 50K diamond necklace 🤣🤣🤣

It was Catherine that recently wore the $50,000 Cartier necklace with the 3 large rings w diamonds in yellow, rose and white gold. Make sure when you are bashing Meghan get it right so that you don’t look a fool when it comes out that the necklace belongs to Catherine not Meghan. Maybe fact check your info before you put it out there…just a thought.

That white lab coat ensemble is a design for much taller women. How can she not realize how unflattering most of the clothing she wears are when she sees the photos later? I was very surprised when I saw a video of that famously hideous red dress being actually custom made/fitted for her. Couldn’t anyone have said to her that the dress honestly does not work on her?

My cynical take on all of her outfit changes during the day at the event is that she loves having an excuse to go back to the hotel or whatever to get away from dealing with people and waste time; she isn't good with people and people don't really want to interact with HER anyway. I had an in-law that used to do the same thing repeatedly at family gatherings ("oh, I need to get back to the hotel and freshen up" but we didn't mind because, like MM, the family didn't like her company anyway).

Not to mention, a visit with the queen in the hopes of getting Netflix pics of the Queen. And after all that the 2 million that William/Kate donated to Invictus because the funds were depleted.

It’s. CHARITY….NOT A FASHION SHOW ….

I think the brands are loaning her “samples”, which is something they do all the time with celebrities and even influencers that go to fashion shows - that would make sense since her full outfits are all one brand per day. I’ve personally bought luxury items to wear, once every blue moon (depending the price or if they are on sale), they are expensive but they last a lifetime so the idea is that you can wear it over and over. Normally when you buy the item it will be tailor to you in the store. You may also see the difference compared with a dupe in the textiles used but you will only notice that in person, the pictures will look the same with either as they are taken from afar. I am the WORST dresser like really truly. I am not saying this to be modest or something. I don’t have a sense of dress. And **I** notice how poorly she dresses. Not being mean here, just being frank. Her hand chain was so cheap looking and what is with those nails!?!? They looked so bad. Megain NEEDS a different stylist. Her current one hates her.

Yes, it was Letitia Dean. She was feeling cold in the chill air and so Prince Charles kindly took of his coat and draped it around her. He was praised for this gesture, so of course Harry's wife had to copy the idea. 😏🙄

Purse w the best compliments? 20 yrs ago Walmart $15. More compliments than my current pre owned gifted designer purse that is in excellent condition and new cost $385. I wanted a particular look purse. Even though it was a gift, I would never let someone pay full price.

She is probably a Winter, a cool color palette (anything yellow or orange is poison). Gem tones are good..magenta, ruby, aubergine, burgundy, etc. Black, white, and cool grey are safe. Camel is too warm a color for her skin. Most of the browns are bad news except for maybe a cool brown like dark chocolate. Back when I married, my gift to my bridesmaids was a private house party with a color analyst. She did a full analysis with each lady in turn. It was all very interesting and it was a gift that would remain forever useful.

The Valentino suit looks too big. The pants are too long. Juste un Clou necklace cost $30,000. The bodysuit was too thickly swathed and too tight. Th black pants were also too long. White jacket with jeans is a mess, brown shoes not so good as a colour with either, but jacket could look all right worn with a white skirt. didn't see any other clothes because did not see any other footage re Invictus. When advised by stylists provided through the royal family, before they quit the UK, the style of dress worn flattered her, mostly A-line; she often still bought dresses of extreme expense (Givenchy, Chanel), far too expensive for her position and role - extravagance using an allowance from public money is an overbearing display of self indulgence.

Listening to you is so much fun. Of course your reporting is accurate. Photo sync really helps illustrate the topic discussed. BUT I realized I really like watching because you remind me of the receptionist at Dunder Mifflin, Kelly Erin Hannover, played by Ellie Kemper on the US sitcom, “The Office”. Podcast only wouldn’t work for you…we have to see your facial expressions. It’s so fun to observe your incredulity! I guess that as an old lady it pleases me to see that at least some young Americans have actually grown into intelligent, curious people….gives me hope. You go girl!!!

All these points are why the BRF exist within an institution. Sclerotic as it may be, there are rules and protocol. H&M didn’t like the constraint of it, but it’s hard to seem genuine doing high profile charity work when you live apart from the structure that the institutional monarchy provides.
