Oprah Winfrey Dismisses Her Complicity in the "Bombshell" Interview w/ Prince Harry & Meghan Markle

Oprah Winfrey has seemingly dismissed her complicity in destroying relations within the royal family in her interview with Prince Harry and Meghan Markle.
In an interview with her friend Gayle King, Oprah Winfrey seemingly is distancing herself from her former besties Prince Harry and Meghan Markle.
The former Queen of daytime talk has claimed that she wasn't expecting any bombshells in her interview with the couple, nor was she interested in discussing family relations.
Well, that seems to ring rather false since the entire reason to interview Harry and Meghan is to exploit their family strife.
Either way, it seems like Oprah isn't too interested in talking about Harry and Meghan nor in discussing the merits of her interview with the couple.

Oprah lost all respect (from me) when she did that interview. She did not even rise to her duty to fact-check. She gave this woman a platform to damage a family and country and she simply had no right to do that. by the way this is coming from an American woman

Obviously this is all political behind the scenes rubbish. I have an ominous feeling that something is on its way to the public soon. Whether it is bad or not we must not let these players for the globalist prevail. The life these muppets want us to lead will be far worse that whatever reality is revealed. These muppets need to realise that yes darkness always comes to light for them also

I am British and watched that apology for an interview with disbelief and disgust at how unprofessional and staged it was. The interview had pre planned questions, Oprah knew what was going to be said. It was a despicable display of self indulgence and Oprah encouraged it. She never questioned or challenged anything that was said. I understand that many years ago she invited Princess Diana to be interviewed. Diana decided that Oprah could not be trusted and declined. Right! And she was practically salivating when she heard Meghan making racist claims against the royal family!!!! Did she forget that the RF let their traitorous in-law (or maybe outlaw) invite her to the super expensive "spectacle" wedding in England? It has come out that this woman had already working behind the scenes with Harry and Meghan well before Megxit!!!!!!!!!

She was just innocently offering this young couple a platform to get a fair hearing about the reasons for the split from the RF. That's really quite a spin she's putting on the whole content. In fact, by asking no hard questions, never challenging their interpretations, and acting so totally shocked ("What?! What?! What?!" as if she, the professional, experienced journalist, had no idea what was going to be said.) Despite her avid denial about avoiding family business, it's patently clear that was exactly what she wanted to get into. Her real motivation was to provide a platform that would catapult HER into the national spotlight.

Who doesn't wonder what babies are going to look like? My husband has red hair & freckles and when I was pregnant we all wondered if any of our children would also have red hair. I think it's even more common with mixed parentage for people to wonder who the baby will resemble. That is NOT racism.

I was invited to appear on “Oprah” during a book tour years ago. I was shocked to discover during the commercial breaks that this seemingly humble, friendly interviewer was cold, remote and self-centered. Oprah has managed her public image for many years and despite her generosity, there is a huge disconnect between her public image and her private narcissism. I agree with you: Oprah when she was fading from the spotlight in 2021, used the Harry interview to pump up her relevance, being careful to pander to the interview parameters she’d agreed to. This wasn’t journalism; it was a lobbying campaign with Meghan using Oprah’s fame and followers to boost their own agenda. Now Oprah is crying “Innocent!”- as if she had been the unwitting dupe in breaking these bombshells. Oprah is a calculating personality who knew exactly what she had signed up for with the royals. It was a perfect trade off: Oprah’s worldwide following for Meghan in exchange for some relevance in the 21st century. Meghan may be the actress but it’s Oprah now re-writing the script.

It doesn't mean you are racist if you wonder what color a mixed race baby's skin will be. I think Oprah totally wanted to FEED rather than minimize the perception that these were horrid things that the RF did. IOW, she was hoping for exactly the headline grabbing "bombshells" that she now tells Gail she wasn't looking for. So yeah, Oprah is an actress too and never asked any hard questions because it wouldn't suit her needs for Meghan to lose any sympathy.

Oprah knew exactly what she was doing with that interview. She wanted to jump on the racism bandwagon and i also think she put some of the narrative into Megans head to enhance her stories. What she didn’t count on was the backlash she has received and continues to receive. She had all the power on when it was released and the editing but went ahead anyway. She was quite happy to attend the wedding and be seen. If there was any sort of racism during that time, I’m sure she would have been very happy to throw that out as soon as the wedding was over. She couldn’t even afterwards give some form of apology after it, but just went quiet. She has only herself to blame along with H&M.

Well said Lesley. I watched the first episode of that shocking O interview with H and M. I was gasping at the TV in disbelief of the 3 characters playing their ugly word game and over acting fakeness, with M and her fake tears and O and her WHAAAAT! and H looking most uncomfortable at times, yet party to this ugliness unfolding. The agenda revenge in there too. It was clear that what M said to O, H knew that it was wrong as he went to clarify. M touched his hand, gave him the look (be quiet) and over talked him, like their engagement interview, that left me feeling oh no.... this does not look or feel right. O gave H a way to end his family relationship completely on a World platform. So horribly sad H went M's way, fueled by her love bombs of fakeness in previous interviews, only showing us moments in media interviews, of the 24/7 life H actually has with her. How sad his displaced anger towards family members was there for M to harnesss and manipulate for her alternate agenda and took him with her into creating their parallel universe based on 'their version of their royal status in USA' , while talking the other side of truth. Also its not "her truth", or "his truth" or "your truth'. It is the truth! The O interview giving a platform for H and M to trash family members, is a interview in history not to repeat. H and M continue to appoint themselves with media stunts, speaking appointments etc. as the teachers of humanity and these media and public speaking appointments doors, need to firmly close H and M out. I lost all respect for all of them. I will never watch another anything from O again. I will not support anything that H and M have their name attached. Disgraceful, disgusting and an ugly media platform was given, for 2 people to verbally vomit against their family, people/Country with impacts to all Commonwealth Countries and aired around the World, with no good to come to anyone to air such ugly attacks by H And M with O assisting them. Shame to you all! Setting the scene for further ugly media stunts like this video of O and G. Just stop! An apology is even too late as the Queen and P. Phillip died knowing the interview with H and M on O had trashed them on a World stage. I could only imagine how hurtful that would have been for them and as H's Grandparents. The agenda of H and M with O help was to trash the BRF. You all played your part. Yet you all did not forsee that there are those of us around the World that are equally disgusted with H and M, using the media platform with O to carry out their ugly deeds and O interview tactics were a low act. With Social media we people around the World can connect and share our opinions, support or disgust etc. In my opinion. NSW Australia

I have lost respect for Oprah about this interview. All this crap about Megan being "silenced" is a key case in point. Members of the royal family are expected to stay politically neutral because of the enormous power they wield. There's nothing wrong with it. Megan was the third actress in Suits before she met Harry. No way would she have had the kind of influence she has now. It is right (and proper) that she is not able to abuse that influence. I would also like to have seen Oprah ask M what responsibility she thinks she bears herself, ie for not FFS googling the Royal family to find out what she was marrying into. M was in her mid 30s, she was not a kid when she got married. Its bullsh&t to say that nobody told her what she was getting into. She also had a responsibility to find out. And for Oprah to not challenge M saying that she didn't look up her husband online is ridiculous. Its negligence. What kind of interviewer is she?
