if your teeth are fucked beyond repair (like infected falling out need dentures type shit) and you can afford to have it done properly by a good dental surgeon then go for it, but don't get rid of perfectly good teeth because they're a bit crooked or yellow, and definitely don't get it done in turkey. If your teeth aren't absolutely fucked then braces/teeth whitening is far cheaper and you'll be a lot happier down the line.

I work as a dental technician. This is actually too real. One time I told the dentist I needed a bit more space because they'd prepared the teeth wrong for veneers and they carved up the patient's teeth like fucking spikes, never felt so bad.

It was for veneers. I only needed a little bit more space on the sides due to the needed material thickness. But they like angled the sides inwards way too much. It looked like shark's teeth almost. @@dblevins343
