    I am following a deficit calories diet for my weight loss... Only avoiding junk foods and 300 calories deficit per day. In July 1 my weight is 97.4 Kg now i am 94.1 and i m burning 350 calories per day by doing cardio workout on a daily basis.. gradual weight loss is healthy.. RD fitness is the person who clearly stating this truth to everyone
