    Hi bro... im 26yrs old woman. I was very slim before marriage but after my weight is gained. Also i faced 3 cesarean. Moreover i followed diet and exercise a few months then, i lost 10 kg within 2.5 months. But i didn't follow that regularly. Along with i have thyroxine problem also. Now im 69kg.
