    U right sir. Started weight 106.8kg. I just follow ur advice by may 01/2022 until 03/06/2022, normal food as a ussual according quantity and exercise for 45 minutes daily, skip 2 , 3 days. Finally,Yes i did lost 6.7kg between this one month. I am 40. It's amazing. So was left exercise 1month but still maintain. So today i start my journey again cause have to lost some more 18kg.
