Agreed! She’s so easy to feel a real connection to, even through a screen, and relate to! I have learned so much from her and Greg! I trust them and their products more than anyone and won’t try another! I’ve been recommending them all over the place! Lol
Love when Greg explains the food and recipes. His knowledge on the nutrition on different foods is so interesting and helpful!! More of that please!!
It's literally midnight and Greg sold mushrooms so well I want to go drive to a Walmart and buy organic mushrooms and fry them up.

Wow it’s great that you guys actually eat quality healthy foods. A lot of fitness influencers may hit their macros but their actual food choices are TERRIBLE. I wish there were more like you definitely subscribed now.

Jasmine Cruz thank you love. I have noticed the same. There is a “low calorie” “low fat” movement amongst the fitness industry that drives me crazy! No emphasis on quality foods or inner health!

Can you please make a video for how you warm up and stretch before leg day? I've heard so many conflicting things about stretch or don't stretch before squats for example. I would appreciate it! Thank you 😊

Thank you! I'm glad you showed good eating out options! A major thing is getting food without sauce or with sauce on the side so you can portion fat intake better! Also, that was a great workout. I have to incorporate single leg RDLs now!
Side note I love that you show us baby talking your dog because now I don't feel so alone in my weird baby voices for my pets.

Don’t be motivated motivation only last a lil discipline is different tho that shit will get you to where u want to be practice meditation and don’t think too much cause then you’ll back down

Ok.. binge watching your videos need to buy your pre workout. My boyfriend’s dad has been looking for one without sugar bc he’s diabetic and interestingly extremely healthy and in shape.. so I’ll let him know about this too!
I really enjoyed this video. Even though I follow a vegan diet, it gave me lots of ideas for high protein meals (coconut yoghurt with miso soup/vegan sausage with mushrooms and vegetables/marinated tofu with rice/bean burger with vegetables). I don't know what the last dessert is that you ate though (I'm in New Zealand, and the product you mentioned doesn't sound familiar). Anyway thanks for sharing this inspiring video.

Also, do you pre cook the sirloin steak then reheat for your meals? or do you cook fresh every time? Greg said your breakfast took 5 min so I was wondering about the steak. Thanks so much!!

Hey loved your video.. what’s the latest time you eat? I thought I heard dinner at 9 then dessert? I always feel guilty or like I’m doing something wrong when I eat a snack at 10pm Half the times I don’t eat all of my daily calories because I don’t want to eat too late. Is that wrong?
Yum! I need to go get some berries for my fage. I had some today with honey for breakfast. :) It was hard to get down. But, I'm huge on texture. But, berries sound good to add! Summer Slay is going great! I even find myself working out more even if I dont necessarily want to. :) Thanks Mari!

Can you give me some advise for RDLs?! I only began a few weeks ago with Slay, and an at low weights still. I cannot get the RDL! I am feeling a lot of pain in my back, sore was, stiffness in the lower back. I am going slow and really trying to focus on form and doing it right but I am not getting it without the sore back. But I’m not go if up on it, I WILL get it! Please and thank you! And love youuuu!

Hey Mari I'm really hoping you can answer my questions about bone broth! You got me at 20g protein 😂 as I'm desperately looking for easy and low cal options to boost protein. I've found the Epic broth you're talking about online and firstly, just so you know, it seems to say it's 10g of protein but also says the bottle only has 2 portions in. Is this correct?! I thought it was a powder you mixed with water? Because if it only does two mugs it's really expensive! Just curious whether this is an error online. Thanks in advance! 🥰
