You can do it. Change your diet. Most think is about workout, but weight loss is 80 percent diet, and 20 percent workout. I lost 100 pounds by changing my diet.

@@Mlopesfornow Is not hard. Do you know a store by the name of 99 cent store? They sell food there too. The misconseption of people is that healthy food cost. In reality is cheaper than you think. Sam's club sells produce at 5-8 dollars. The food that we grew up with as a child is bad. Cereal, pasta, cup of noodles, chips all that. Eliminate. You will start losing weight. If you are low income. There's a way to get ahead of the rat race. The word is called budgeting. You pay yourself frost before you pay anyone else. 1. Shelter 2. Transportation 3. Food 4 clothing. Take care of those 4 before you pay anything else. Name every dollar. Every dollar you earn has a purpose. I lost 100 pounds with low income. If i did it. You can too. Is time to "Unfuck" your brain. I want to see results in 6 months. No excuse. The excuse is you.

I also lost 130lbs without omitting carbs . You only need to be in a caloric deficit. It took a year but I eat without omitting any food groups so its lifestyle you can keep. I previously lost 85lbs on keto. 3 months and 85 lbs gone but when I reintroduced a low carb diet i gained it all back.

@@emmaleebuzzard1023 it's not. We get our carbs (used to actually fuel us) from whole grains. Now carb cycling is beneficial and something I want to try. Most days eat like this but other days have carbs in my diet because my body needs to run on something

I love you spin on tacos!!! I actually eat my hubby's laab (laosan dish) using lettuce because its actually served with sticky rice and I really loooove his laab sooo yummy with lettuce and I dug feel weighed down afterwards. Thanks for your video.

I’m confused. Yes these times are hard BUT what is expensive about lettuce, cilantro, cucumber, hamburger meat, eggs, bell pepper, avocado, onion, sour cream, coffee, condiments, berries??

@@flipperc6042 where I live a very tiny box of berries is 5$ (containing maybe 1 cup) , avocado is 1$ a piece hamburger meat is 23$ for 3 lbs and eggs are 2$ a carton, and coffee is 10-13$ for a small bag. The only thing that is actually “cheap” in this video is the cilantro and sour cream if you buy generic. Especially if you have an entire family to feed.

@@julinahoehaver5609 wow! Coffee is expensive there! Yes things have escalated out of control. Most are struggling at this moment in time and I’m certain prices will worsen. We as well must budget the food bill. For me I have found it easier to plan the weeks meals and in doing that see what ingredients are common in the recipes. This has helped us to stretch our meals into several. I too buy the 3lb or splurge on the 5lb hamburger meat and divide them respectively to suit. It’s very tough. Agreed but God is faithful and has supplied our needs. Recently, I was watching a video on potato peels. Many ppl throw them away or throw them into their gardens. My son and grandchildren LOVE chips. But buying them is expensive and frankly in my opinion unnecessary to health. However this video showed how rinsing potato skins several times then drying them completely before frying them. They make the BEST I call “chip strips”. Lightly salted and topped with grated Parmesan is even lovely as a side on the menu. Also lovely as crisps in soup. The skins hold nutritious value as well. The air fryers out now allow the avoidance of oil as well. I encourage ppl to try this. They are a definite hit. Stay close to God cause we are in for a roller coaster ride. Ok, except some people feel more satiated with less carbs. I’m one of them. I lost 90lbs counting calories. I didn’t restrict any food groups and ate anything I wanted as long as it was within my caloric goal for the day. Then I went through a couple of years of binging and then fasting to keep the weight off, because I was ALWAYS hungry. I never felt satisfied. Eventually I regained 30lbs. Earlier this year I decided to try keto and I can’t even begin to describe the difference in my hunger levels/satiety/outlook. I’ve lost 17lbs so far and it’s felt pretty much effortless. I’m taking my time and just enjoying the process, whereas before it felt like a chore and a punishment all the time (which is why I would always end up binging). I haven’t binged once since April when I started this. Make of that what you will, I’m just saying some of us do a lot better when we reduce carbs and up our protein and fat.

Erectile dysfunction therapist? Not sure what that has to do with nutrition? Don’t be a di*k! You can state your position far more respectfully and eloquently, such as, “Congrats on your weight loss. As a “X” therapist, I’d recommend balanced eating to include more healthy carb intake because while this has been effective for you, it’s very difficult to maintain long-term.”

Meal prepping makes it easier, that way you can work out after work for like 30mins to an hour 3-4 times weekly. I meal prep every Sunday and Thursday. Best to get a system/schedule going.. once you implement it it’ll become routine

Plan ahead and meal prep twice a week (maybe Sundays and Wednesdays). You can chop up veggies ahead of time and have them in containers in the fridge, batch cook the meat or other protein, eggs take 5 minutes. All you have to do is throw it together real quick. Make time for what's important to you.
